ENGAGEMENT OF AGENCY FOR CARRYING OUT FABRICATION, ERECTION & WELDING OF TANKAGE WORKS, PIPING, STRUCTURAL AND ERECTION OF EQUIPMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH FOR OUR EPCC CONTRACT-BITUMEN PLANT OF M/S HPCL, VISAKH REFINERY, VISAKHAPATNAM

Tankfarm works-Fabrication, Erection, welding, testing & commissioning of cone roof tannks. 10M Dia x 15M Ht.-3Nos. The scope of work of the Contractor shall include but not limited to the following, The jobs include Fabrication, cuttinng, Rolling, Erection(By jacking method), welding of plates, structure, all type testing as per ITP,Non Destructive Test (NDT), Heat treatment if required, radiography, ultrasonic examination, hydrostatic testing, required scaffolding for inspection, tank calibration, pre-commissioning, commissioning with one month Performance Guarantee Test Run (PGTR) and handing over to HPCL. Providing necessary accessories, special tools including hydraulic jacking, etc., as per drawings, technical specifications and applicable codes and standards. The scope shall include complete Tanks as per approved drawings and inspection plan.Performing Tank calibration & testing, providing the certificates by authorised certified agency. Rate shall aslo include transportation of free issue items from BANDR store to painting yard and back to work place. Fabrication and installation of all internal and external Structurals & tank shell & roof appurtenances which includes Roof internal Structures, shell Wind girders, Heating Coils and its supports, Gauge/Dip hatches pipes, All Still Wells pipes as per GA drawing, Pipe Supports, Shell & Roof Manholes(Machining,drilling of flanges by agency) with complete fixing of gaskets and bolting, all shell & roof Nozzles and Nozzles flanges, fixing of all R.F pads, Tank anchor chairs, Earthing lugs,Insulation cleats and insulation materials holding supports, name plate complete with bracket, Roof access Platforms, grating fixing, Handrails, Ladders, Spiral Staircases, including fixing of side entry agitators, structural supports for piping and cable trays on tank. All tank works to be carried out under the scope. Extra or additional quantity will not be paid at any point. All jobs to be completed as per approved GA & details drawings as per the instructions of Site-In-Charge.

Piping works-Fabrication, erection, welding, laying, NDT-(DPT, radiography, PMI, Pre heat, Stress reliving, pneumatic testing etc.,), Hydrotest, flushing, pickling, passivation for SS lines, pre -commissioning and commissioning of various process and utilities lines under this scope.This specification shall intend to cover the piping for process lines, plant air, Boiler Feed water, Instrument air, steam lines-IBR,Nitrogen, service water, DM water, Hot oil and drinking water, bitumen, pitch lines etc. It includes installation and laying of pipes and fixing of valves at various elevations, inspection, testing and commissioning of entire piping system, Gate valves, GLobe valves, MOV,Check valves, Filter, Flow meter, Control valves, other fittings and piping accessories etc. Rate shall aslo include transportation of free issue items from BANDR store to painting yard and after painting of materials from painting yard to work place. It includes pipe supports-shoe support, wear pad, Truninon supports, guide support, bearing rod and all type of pipe supports/attachments erection and welding as per drawing and suit at site condition. Pre-commissioning, commissioning with one month Performance Guarantee Test Run (PGTR) and handing over to HPCL. All jobs to be completed as per approved GA & details drawings, specifications , standard and tender condition as per the instructions of Site-In-Charge.
