Demolition of brick work or stone masonry/stone slabs built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed...

Returing, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material ( surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for half brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster, in any thickness from brick or stone walls,/facia of roof Chajjas,roof projection,ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls internal surfaces in CM 1:6 finished to even & fair without using extra cement.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L 15mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty on plastered surface using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.
