Work of dismantling, transportation & storage of existing items of four number turbines of of Hydro generating Units at Employer’s store, site measurements and engineering on existing legacy structures, Turbine model testing in an approved test laboratory, design, erection, testing and commissioning including performance testing, field acceptance test, training of employer’s personnel, handing over of plant to the Employer of four number of vertical shaft Kaplan turbines & all associated components & equipment for four number of Hydro generating Units as per specifications & scope defined in chapter 2 of PTS(Vol-III:B) .

Digital Governing System & associated auxiliaries

Design, Engineering, manufacturing and Supply of digital governing system & associated auxiliaries for four numbers vertical shaft Kaplan turbines & suspended hydro – generating unit & all associated components & equipment , each complete with auxiliaries, accessories as per specifications, scope & quantities defined in Chapter-3 of PTS(Vol-III:B).

GSU Transformer and Station Transformer

Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply four(4) number of 3-Ø, 50 MVA, 11/(132/√3)kV, Generator Step - Up (GSU) Transformers and one(1) number of 3-Ø, 5MVA, (132/√3)/11kV, ONAN cooled Station Transformer each complete with all associated & necessary items such as bushings, undercarriage, current transformers, cooling arrangements, instrumentation, valves, piping, mounting plates, hardware, fittings, cable trays, marshalling box, marshalling kiosk , condition monitoring system and any other equipment along with all associated auxiliaries (complete in all respect) etc. ,as per specifications, scope & quantities defined in Chapter 5 of PTS(Vol-III:B).

Design, Engineering, manufacturing and Supply two numbers of 1000kVA, 11/0.415kV enclosed dry type, 3-Ø, Station Auxiliary Transformers (SAT) and four numbers of 500kVA, 11/0.415kV enclosed dry type, 3-Ø, Unit Auxiliary Transformers (UAT) each complete with all necessary items, accessories etc.,as per specifications, scope & quantities defined in Chapter 6 of PTS(Vol-III:B).
