Supply of Architectural, Structural Drawing & Design and preparation of BOQ estimates and rate analysis for “Construction of three Non-Explosive blgs inside WSA at AF Stn Gorakhpur. (a) Brief Scope of work includes :- (i) 01 x Storage House Building (Non Explosive) (Single Storey) including ramp on the both sides of building as shown in draft line plan enclosed :- (a) Plinth Area = 193.09 Sqm (18.46m x 10.46m (Outer dimensions)). (b) Tentative line plan as Appx B. (c) Ceiling Height of Bldg = 4.50m (d) Plinth height of bldg = 0.45m (From GL) (ii) 02 x Storage House Building (Non Explosive) (Single Sotrey) including ramp as shown in draft line plan enclosed :- (a) Plinth Area = 161.71Sqm (15.46m x 10.46m (Outer dimensions)). (b) Tentative line plan as Appx B. (c) Ceiling Height of Bldg = 3.50m (d) Plinth height of bldg = 0.45m (From GL). Note : Drgs to be prepared for 01 building only since both are similar buildings (b) BREIF SPECIFICATION (i) Foundation - To be desinged for RCC M-25 (Design mix).(ii) RCC framed structure with RCC roof slab reinforment shall be TMT Fe 500/500D.(iii) Brick wall shall be 230mm, partition wall shall be 125mm. (iv) Water proofing APP roof treatment. (v) Plastering : Internal 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and External 15mm thick in CM 1:4.(vi) Flooring : 150mm thick PCC M-25 Nominal Mix over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 over 150mm thick Hardcore (Or if any section for floor as proposed by designer suitable to bear 10 Ton load for Ser A(i) and 8Ton Load for Ser No A(ii) above)) (vii) Joinery : 01 x Main Door -Steel door shutter (2.00m wide x 3.00m high), 02 x Rolling Shutter with Gear system (4.00m wide and 3.50m High) at entry and exit, 04 x Steel Window (1.00m wide and 1.25m Ht) for ser No A (i) / .01 x Sliding Door (3.00m wide and 2.70m High) at entry, 02 x Steel Window (1.00m wide and 1.25m Ht) for ser No A (ii).(viii) Finishes : External - Cement base paint with primer on walls, Internal - Dry Distemper with primer on walls and white wash on ceiling. (ix) Plinth protection : 750mm wide 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 over 100mm thick hardcore (x) Ramp : 150mm thick PCC M-25 Nominal Mix over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 over 150mm thick Hardcore (Or if any section for ramp as proposed by designer suitable to bear 10 Ton load for Ser A(i) and 8Ton Load for Ser No A(ii) above)). Slope of ramp as shown in line plan.(xi) Seismic Zone V (xii) Tentative SBC is 7 to 8 T/Sqm, the actual SBC shall be given respectively by GE (AF) Gorakhpur at later stage. Designer shall change the design details after actual SBC is provided and no extra claim shall be given for the same. (c) STRUCTURAL ASPECT Sructural designs & drgs including structural details, structural notes conforming to standards IS-456, IS-816, IS-875, IS-1893, IS-2062, IS-4326, IS-13920 and any other latest and relevant Indian Standard of the building as per the arch drg provided including design calculations folders alongwith STAAD output file hard copy and soft copy and one set of original tracing hard copy (A1 size) on Gateway brand tracing paper alongwith a soft copy of drawing. The drawing should be got vetted by IIT/NIIT before submission to this department. NOTE :(i) Any amendment required during tender presentation and on later date during execution shall be made by the consultant and requisite copies of the amended sheets shall be submitted and free of cost alongwith clarifications, if any ,during complete execution till completion of the project (ii) Preparation and developing of preliminary/Final architectural design & drawings (Line plan, elevation & sections) based on Plinth Area and the same shall be submitted to this office for the approval by this HQ. (iii) After the approval of the plan, the consultant will prepare and submit structural designs and drawings in Auto CAD for the above mentioned buildings as per sound architectural practices (Confiming basic code, provisions and other building bye laws as per NBC) and as per area & other details mentioned in the adm approval/as directed by DCWE B/R of HQ CWE (AF) Bamrauli. (iv) After appoval of the structural drawings, the consultant shall submit the detailed estimates BOQ duly priced on SSR 2010 and SSR 2020, yardstick in requisite format and market rate analysis. (v) The consultant shall be responsible for third party vetting/ proof checking from IITs/NITs duly signed by authorised signatory on behalf of the institute and not from a professor/ individual of the institute in his personal capacity shall also be liable for ensuring that the designs & drawings are in compliance as per the laid down standards, regulations, adherence to NBC norms and sound engineering practices. The bidder is responsible for obtaining clarification from the vetting agency till the completion of project. A certificate that all details have been thoroughly checked and are in compliance to regulations Soundness and economy shall be obtained from the vetting agencies. (vi) On preparation of the design folder and preliminary structural drawings, the bidder shall send his design team to make a detailed power point presentation of the structural design and drawings to the E2/E3 Section of HQ CWE (AF) Bamrauli (vii) The final structural drawings duly vetted by authorities shall be submitted to the E2 Section by the bidder's design team and the bidder's team should come to make any corrections/ amendments to the same if required in consultation with E2 Section.The bidder's design team shall have to visit HQ CWE (AF) Bamrauli at any time during the planning and execution of the work if required, on being intimated in writing by E2 Section. Nothing extra shall be payable for the above visits of bidder's design team to HQ CWE (AF) Bamrauli . (v) Terms and conditions of the agreement are given in Appx 'A'.
