Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a ) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:

a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricksof class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

a ) Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a ) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

a ) One or more coats on old work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

a ) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work

a) 25 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. : External work

a) 40 mm dia. nominal bore

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :

a) 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete :

a) 25 mm nominal bore

Painting G.I. pipes and fittings with two coats of anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved quality :

a ) 40 mm diameter pipe

Providing and fixing to filter and lowering to proper levels 40 mm G.I. pipe for tube well including cleaning and priming the tube well. ( Including supplying,lowering,assembling in vertical position true to the line alignment in bore well ) a) 40 mm Dia noiminal bore ISI marked Class A ( heavy Duty)

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in existing G.I. pipe line, cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws including excavation, refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required :

a)25 mm nominal bore.

b ) 40 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing PTMT Ball cock of approved quality, colour and make complete with Epoxy coated aluminium rod with L.P./ H.P.H.D. plastic ball.

a ) 40mm nominal bore, 206mm long. Weighing not less than 690 gms.

Providing and fixing PTMT angle stop cock 15 mm nominal bore. Weighing not less than 85 gms.

Cutting holes up to 30x30 cm in walls including making good the same:

a) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks.

Supplying and drawing of following size FRLS PVC insulation coated,cuppor conductor single core cable in existing surface/for submessible pump or as required etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer incharge. a) 2x 2.50 Square mm appropriate size

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :

a ) 25 mm nominal bore

b) 40 mm nominal bore

Cleaning of existing sedimentation tank including complete dewatering, making dry,repairs to floor and side walls ,filling gap and cavities making good walls,bleaching powder,detergent and drying after cleaning etc. all complete as pe r the directions of Engineer in charge. a) size 5.80X 3.70 X 2.00 meter deep with triple compartments

Cleaning of existing side drain including removing leafs,soil wastes,malluba etc.and after cleaning watering ,disposal of extract beyond municipal limits,etc. all complete as per the Directions of Engineer in charge a) up to width 0.45 meter and depth 0.60 meter

Cleaning existing IRP Platform including removing shrubs,saplings,bushes,small tree roots, repairs to water logged wet part of the roof including slurry of cement etc as per site requirement and disposal of all rubbish all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :

a) Zest type wheel valve with wheel for submessible and pump house distribution level

1) 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing both brass threaded nozzlle sparay/ spindle/full way sprayer /Nipple for making connection with existing G./I. Pipe line flow for sedimentation tank water flow spary icluding removing of old damaged brass nozzles etc. all complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. a) for up to 25 mm dia nominal bore i) for up to 25 mm dia nominal bore weighing 80 grams

Lifting up of old damaged G.I.pipe line existing at lower level below G.L. and along with submerssible pump including a) lifting of submersible pump, taking out G.I. pipe consolidating all secutirty aspects etc. complete b) providing safety arrangements/temparary construction of bamboo structure for uplift of lower level submessible pump,damaged G.I. pipe etc. complete c) Recommissioning of lifted submercible pump after all repairs/cable provision/safety wiring etc. ( Necessary safety wire cable and FRLS PVC insulated wire of approved quality shall be measured under separate relavent item.No thing extra shall be payble on any account.Agency has to ensure labour insuarance)
