M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down to remove dust etc.complete and applying/brushing the cleaned surface with neat cement slurry 3 Kg per Sqm complete.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0, (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) , as in chajjas including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces over roof slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for water proofing treatment using polymerised membrane to roof slab. Water proofing treatment shall be as under:- (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate lacing coarse at junctions of roof and parpet wall as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5 mm gradded aggregate as in dilling in pressed steel door frame as specified and directed.
