REPAIR ROOF TREATMENT , JOINERY AND ALLIED WORKS IN MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (A) NO.2 JODHPUR

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken etc; overall thickness and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exc 250 meter from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding/cpoping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per manufacturer's instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surafces (iii) Second layer of 3.0 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement and having weight 3 Kg/ Sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid with blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) Finally applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, including preparing of surfaces of APP modified polymeric membrane (second coat apply after 24 hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10 mm thick plaster/ screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instructions) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified . Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surfaces. (ii) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.0 mm having weight 2.50 Kg/Sqm complete laid with blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Top most layer that shall act as a protective layer shall be with 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg finished even & smooth without using extra cement laid to slopes as required at site & filling the joints with bitumen mastic ( Mix of bitumen & sand in the ratio 1:1) made @ 0.90 to 1.00m both ways (10mm wide 12 mm deep) made while the conc is still green all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof cool waterproof exterior tiles of size 400x400x9 to 10 mm thick and set in neat cement slurry and pointed in Pidilite ROFF tile joint filler to make water proof joint and match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid ISI marked Make: Pidiproof LW

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm laid in floor, set and jointed (square/ rectangular) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 300x450mm x 7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 -18mm thick granite (colour as approved) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (vertical/ horizontal) and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) for lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, kerb stop rounded or chamfered in edges etc complete all as specified.

S&F windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM) and Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 52x 25mm. Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

S&F in repair stainless steel 25mm dia pipe as in curtain rods including brackets with fancy end knob wall to wall and complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking out from position framed woodwork as in cupboards/cabinets etc with all fittings ,shutters, shelves, drawers etc in any position fixed in walls or floors & removal of the rubbish outside MD land all as directed at site for overall sizes exc 0.50 sqm but nexc 1.50 sqm & depthd nexc 60 cm complete.

Providing and fixing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet frame of width 150 mm & 18 mm thickness made out of extruded 18mm PVC sheet and joined with suitable Cement Solvent adhesive and screw.The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 75mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 3nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 mm thick solid PVC sheet UPVC Caoted Celuka printed in one of two different colours( with wood grain printed pattern /ivory clour finish) as in kitchen cabinet shutters ,and cupboard shutter all round body of cabinets , shelves ,drawers etc cut to required size jointed with solvent cement & steel screws etc complete all as specified & directed .

Extra over PVC boards for lipping 1-1.5 mm thick 18 mm wide complete all as directed and specified.

S&F 0 degree clip type self closing hinges for cabinets fized with cadimum coated screws all as per sample.

S&F 100mm size bright finished cromium plated steel handle of approved shape & design fixed with cadmium coated screws on the kitchen cabint shutters.

S&F 75mm size bright finished cromium plated steel handle of approved shape & design fixed with cadmium coated screws on the kitchen cabint drawers.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided.

M&L for carrying out repair dammaged RCC projections,chajja facia, roof projection facia, etc in the following stages - (i) Demolition of existings dammaged RCC projection,chajja facia, roof projection facia, Staircase and similar suspended work and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition). (ii) Preparation of existing demolised portion by scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC and providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary form work and reinforced with low carbon annealed wire in hexagonal shape 1.0mm diametre chicken wire mesh of size 25mm complete. (iii) Applying 1st coat rendering of 10mm thick in CM (1:3) over demolished concrete facia/projection surfaces and allow to dry 6-8 Hrs and cured with gunny jute bag. (iv) Applying finished coat of 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using 100% coarse sand over 1st coat rendered surfaces and finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement and mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound and making drip mouldings as reqiured and cured with jute gunny bag for 7 days,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.. (v) Preparation of surface and applying two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of exterior wall care putty to match existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. The rates quoted by the bidders/Contractor shall include the following:- (a) Work carried out up to 12 Mtr in height. (b) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and all protective measures responsibilty. (c) Removal of excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
