M & L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors / roof treatment as complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone masonry walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces over Cement based Wall Care Putty of suitable thickness on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.]

M & L for newly plastered wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces over Cement based Wall Care Putty of suitable thickness on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.]

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying 2 coats of two component solvent free , moisture insenstive epoxy resin coating it should achieve Compressive Strength of >70 MPa after 14days, having pot life Pot life, minutes at 27⁰C, 100 g >40 mass.The product shall have a minimum pot life of 120 Min at 35°C and an open time of atleast 4-6 Hours @ 30°C.It shall develop a minimum compressive strength of 40 MPa and a bond Strength of 11 MPa of TM bond EP. Before applying coating surface should be cleaned from dirt, fungus and all foreign material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for treating the existing pipe penetrations using non-shrink, free flowing, cementitious grout. The compressive strength of the grout must exceed 50 N/mm2 at 7 days and 60 N/mm2 at 28 days. The flexural strength of grout must exceed 9N/mm2 @ 28 days. Fresh wet density of the mixed grout must exceed 2150 kg/m3 of Maxgrout PF. Further flashing the area using solvent based UV resistant polyurethane based waterproofing material having minimum tensile strength on 4 N/mm2 and minimum elongation of 800% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L on dilapidated reinforcement encased in concrete for providing and applying alkaline based Anti-oxidizing compound for steel structure conforming to ASTM D 1748-10(2015) after cleaning loose scale or oxidized chips from bars .The material to be applied on the rusted metal using brush. Allow it to react for 16 to 24 hrs, pH Value : Alkaline (9.5 - 10) and afterwards wire brushing the surface. Clean with dry cloth before application of protective Ferro mono primer coating etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying 10mm shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified , impermeable to aggressive elements, dual shrinkage compensated, cementitious repair mortar with alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance cracking complies ASTM C 109 with flexural strength ASTM C 348 @ 7 days meeting 7N/sqmm, tensile strength @ 7days (ASTM C 307)> 3 N/sqmm, compressive strength of 35MPa at 7 day and 45MPa at 28 days, at the outer or inner RCC , Versatile having specific gravity of 1.02 cement sand can be used for finishing purpose of Matret patch up complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying 20mm shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified , impermeable to aggressive elements, dual shrinkage compensated, cementitious repair mortar with alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance cracking complies ASTM C 109 with flexural strength ASTM C 348 @ 7 days meeting 7N/sqmm, tensile strength @ 7days (ASTM C 307)> 3 N/sqmm, compressive strength of 35MPa at 7 day and 45MPa at 28 days, at the outer or inner RCC , Versatile having specific gravity of 1.02 cement sand can be used for finishing purpose of BSSF complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L providing and filling three components compound (A) graded filler (B) E-Resins (C) thixotropic agents with adjustable consistaqncy by varying the filler component . having the density of 1.64 - 1.68gm/cc of Max treat EPG. after opening up in “V” groove manner covering the area of 300mm from central line of crack with the depth of 10 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying 3 coats of cement based waterproofing coating with high negative hydrostatic, good adhesion to substrate and enhanced durabiltiy on concrete or masonry walls. The waterproofing coating of elasto plast 10 should have adhesion to substrate of 1.3 Mpa after 28 days, elasticity modulus of 14000 - 16000 N/mm2 after 28 days and average water/ powder demand of 0.24 to 0.26 for fluid consistency complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for providing and laying 2 coats of acrylic elastomeric waterproofing coating. The coating to be applied on wall shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for wall, based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively. It shall have excellent crack bridging ability and shall bridge cracks up to 2 mm width. The elongation at break is approx. 220 %. The tensile strength is 0.7 Mpa. It has a hardness shore ‘A’ scale of 80, with an adhesion strength of 3.4 Mpa. The coating is UV resistant, algae and fungus resistant, and has a water vapor permeability of 40 gm/m²/day and a crack bridging ability of 1-2 mm. The coating must be applied with temperature above 5°C and below 45°C. The coating shall be applied in two coats of by roller or brush application at the interval of 4-6 hours.Allow applied coating to dry or cure for 7 days. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

[Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for cutting through wall, chasing, pinning in making good to the disturbed surfaces whrever required]
