M&L for replacement of LT UG cable 25 Sqmm x 4 Core 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting & testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soils, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as in soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spread dry river sand in trenches for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed

Factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover, conforming to class LV, Type-I flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, laid dry over electric cable for protection, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of bollard light incl. necessary form work fair and finishing without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI Pipe Iight grade 50 mm dia for cable protection laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC conduit pipe 25mm dia heavy duty fitted with poles with necessary clamps and fitting such as bolts, nuts fixed in repairs, complete all as specied and directed

Supply & fixing in replacement of GI bracket made of GI pipe 32 mm bore, light grade, 1.50 m long, bent to shape required as in street light brackets, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable size MS clamps, nuts & bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surface of steel pole including channels and applying two coats of aluminium paint including making five no. alternative yellow & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.50 m) height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing cable junction box made of FRP of size min 250x150x75 mm with 6-32 Amp MCB SPN and bus bar fixed along the wall/pole complete including mounting arrangements including removing the existing defective looping box, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB TPN, 415V , 50Hz , 32A suitable for existing timer control board, complete all as specified and directed.
