NOTE:-Minimun two plumbers alongwith with two helpers with necessary tool and plant shall be provided by contractor per day to attend the complaint, and the complaint for the attended qtr is valid for two months, if complaint re-registred the same will be carried out without any extra cost to the deapartment , the printed complaint book duly serially numbered for this will be provided by the contractor, if complaints are registered more, the men power will be increased by the contractor, the rates for these are deemed to include in the quoted rates.Failure to complete the job within 24 hrs, penality of Rs 200 per day per complaint will be recovered from the contractor till the date of completion)
