Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal/disposal of spoil etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Site clearance, removal of bushes & wild growth in soft / loose soil, removal of wastage material/ spoil upto 50 mt away from site, etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer – In – Charge

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer – In – Charge.

Excavating over areas in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mt deep and getting out etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge..

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, interstices filled with moorum, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

M & L for Moorum filling in floors, laid in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, leveled and rammed including watering, complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type-B2 in foundations, filling and mass concrete, bed concrete, finishing surface to true level, compaction, curing etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-20 (20 mm graded aggregates) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, compaction, curing, providing precast cover blocks of suitable size etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-20 (20 mm graded aggregates) in columns, piers, posts, compaction, curing, providing precast cover blocks of suitable size etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-20 (20 mm graded aggregates) in beams, cantilevers, lintel of span over 1.5 mt, compaction, curing, providing precast cover blocks of suitable size etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars etc. complete all as per the directives of Engineer-In- Charge.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars etc. complete all as per the directives of Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter including required scaffolding etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

M & L Formwork to sides of concrete for square/rectangle pillars, piers, columns and similar work; vertical or to batter including required scaffolding etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

M & L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, scaffolding etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with burnt bricks in C.M 1:6 with sub class “B” bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius including scaffoldings, curing etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

M & L Rendering plaster 15mm thick in C. M. 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces with finishing the surface even & smooth using necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F Steel rolling shutters, thickness of laths1.25 mm thick, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F, erecting Rolled mild steel in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete

S & F Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30 cm long etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F glass dividing strips 3 mm thick, 38 mm wide inserted in position as per design for dividing floor concrete in panels etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material / soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for cement painting, two coats on new plastered wall including preparation of surface, with necessary scaffolding, curing etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L painting with aluminium paint , two coats on Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise Described including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per direction of Engineer-In –Charge.

M & L painting with synthetic enamel paint , two coats over one coat of red oxide on Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth of iron work, not otherwise Described including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per direction of Engineer-In –Charge.
