Taking down cement plaster of any description like wall, facia, chajjas at any height and any place, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including scaffloding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on wall in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces including scaffolding with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for new primered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement paint in camouflage pattern including sacffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per sample approved by user & GE.

M&L for new primered surface of roof,chajjas & facias and applying two coats of cement paint in camouflage pattern including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per sample approved by user & GE.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc to receive cement based paint including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old prepared surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement paint in camouflage pattern including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per sample approved by user & GE.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old treated surfaces of roof and wall plastered or concrete surfaces including removal of cement mortar and prepration of surfaces to receive cement based paint including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old prepared surfaces of roof and applying two coats of cement paint in camouflage pattern including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. as per sample approved by user & GE.

M&L for preparing old untreated surfaces of platform of brick or concrete surfaces by steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke spots, moulds, moss grass/ vegetation and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old prepared surfaces of platform of brick or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of cement paint in camouflage pattern including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per sample approved by user & GE .

M&L for preparation of old wooden painted surface and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth in camouflage pattern all as specified and directed as per sample approved by user & GE.

M&L for preparation of old steel painted surface and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth in camouflage pattern all as specified and directed as per sample approved by user & GE

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes,hyphens, brackets, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span cills steps seismic and other similar bands plinth courses string courses lacing courses parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height copings kneelers apex stones bed plates kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finishing of concrete surface is fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in cover slabs (for man holes shelves,chajjas etc set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in chajjas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Fixing only TMT bars 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Use & waste flat formwork to chullah hoods chajjas troughs and similar items including edges for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floor)beam staircases landing chajjs and similar suspended work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

All as per item no 30 above but except bricks.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for average 50mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 graded aggregate as in roof padding finishing the concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

USE & waste flat formwork to edges of concrete flats,treads,breaks in floor, window cill concrete railing openings in concrete walls,floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
