Providing and applying of prime coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base i/c clearing of base surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.7 - 1.00 kg per sqm. using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 (low porosity).

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded primix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed od 13.20 mm to 5.60 mm aggrigate either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,gradeand level to serve as wearing course on a previosly prepared base i/c mixing in a suitable plant with 80-100 KN rolling capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either type "A" or "B" as per technical clause 508.By manual means.

Providing, laying and rolling of seal coat to sealing voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified grade and cross fall using screening type "A" or "B" as per technical clause 510.By manual means.
