Major reconditioning/POH of 21.6MVA 132/25 KV 132/25KV power transformer RDSO SMI-TI/MI/00039 Rev.1 or latest & Tender specifications.

Post in-situ POH, DGA & other testing like ten-Delta, BDV, Magnetic balance test. Turns ratio test, IR and PI, SFRA etc. Analysis of transformer after testing and charging.

Supply and filtration oil of new insulating transformer oil of EHV grade as per IS 335/1993 (ISI marked ) or latest.

Replacement of oil Temperature indicator (OTI) (01 no. for M.box and 01 no. for control panel).

Replacement of marshaling box & accessories like cable, glands, terminals etc.

Replacement of PRD.

Replacement of winding Temprature indicator (WTI) & heater ( 01 no. for M. Box and 01 no. for control panel).

Replacement of Buchholz relay similar to that existing on transformer.

Replacement of Silica gel breather.

Replacement of HT bushing of 145 KV, 1250 AMPS suitable for 132/27 KV, 21.6 MVA transformer.

Replacement of LT bushing of 52 KV, 2000 AMPS suitable for 132/27 KV, 21.6 MVA transformer.
