Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Dr Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.20 ml per bags of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying exterior grade wall care putty 3 mm thick to (in two layers of 1.5 mm thick each) including rubbing surface of first layer to make the surface smooth including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior weather proof 100% anti fungal acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives that offer anti alge high performance exterior wall finish with 6 years of performance warranty by manufacturer applied by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper, should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour double charged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 0.72 Sqm , in floor/wall etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 8 here in above but as in skirting and over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing in positon POP false ceiling flat/curved over GI metal frame work of applied quality and wiremesh as per description. The main GI frame (50x25mmx 24 gauge) shall be at 600mmx600mm c/c and intermediate frame (266mmx19mm x 24 Gauge) Shall be at 375mm C/C. The main GI member to be hanged with help of GI angle of 25mmx25x24 gauge and additional MS flats 25x3mm (Red oxide painted) and SS dash fasteners including all necessary work required expandal metal mesh (0.75Kg/Sqm) shall be firmly stretched and screwed to the intermediate frame with GI washer and average 20 mm plaster of paris to be applied on in two layers, Necessary provisoion & Making shall be made for cut outs for air conditions supply return air grills slits light fittings smoke detector and music speaker etc by providing 6 mm bwr ply templates. The job shall include making steps,ceiling vertical surfaces, cove in curvature & strainght pelment facia, recess for light, curved ceiling grooves etc as per detail in description including taking down old existing existing ceiling . The job shall also include hardwood frame required for fixing AC grill all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of decorative wall panelling with base frame of 50x25mm aluminium frame 600x600mmx16 gauge c/c fixed on wall with L-cleat and bothway screw etc. 12 mm ply on base frame with 4 mm decorative veneer of applied shed and melamine polish on veneer incl taking down old existing panelling complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil , n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in 1;4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 Design mix { using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: (a) Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses. (c) Cost of T&P required for handling/ laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sub class B bricks well burnt of size 23 x 11.5 x 7.5 cm for protection of UG cable laid dry flat over the cable width wise across the length of the cable and abutting each other with gap less than 10mm between the adjacent bricks in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing medium grade (SI marked with all fittings and accessories for protection of cables on ploe/ wall or under road crossings including clamps, nuts, bolts etc of size 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with a 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, Check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connecting to earthing test point & to main switch board and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe medium 15 mm bore, and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75mm thick cover, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed or TMT bars 100mm C/C both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item. (ii) Any joints in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted. (iii) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit shall be re done by contractor at no extra cost.
