Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm ( three point one five millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty X thirty X five millimeter) so as to give a fair fISIsh including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all height / depth of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads ,lifts and other incidentals

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 ( twenty five ) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforecement for reinfoced cement concrete work . The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S code and PWD specification . The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer - in - charge prior to the casting . The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code .

Wall painting ( two coat) with Acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete / stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for metling the surface complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and Satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .

Dintempering (two coats) with oil bound washable dintemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.
