Repairs of water supply line with mechanical joint, of cast iron pipe line size 100 to 150mm including taking out the punctured /cracked exsiting pipe and cutting of damaged /cracked portion of pipe making rough surfaces smooth and champhered by grinding and then connected through mechanical joint of adequate size with rubber rings both sides and fasteners of required size and shape as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 900x900x900mm (internal size) with 3.15mm MS cover and locking arrangements including necessary earthwork and excavation, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in bedding, brick work in Cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in Cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in coping and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to steel surfaces including dismantling the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for making good the damaged roads/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the water from Semi U/G Sump of cap 100000L capacity by any means and clean the interior portion of sump (bottom and sides of walls) by means of coir/wire brush etc. and wash the interior portion of sump by using bleaching powder @ 25 grams per 1000 ltrs of water after removal of sludge, vegetation, mud etc. to a distance not exc. 50m , one coat of epoxy paint on all steel surfaces such as ladder, railing etc.and writing letters with white paint (Date of cleaning and capacity of sump / reservior) on black painted surfacewith synthetic enamel paintand clear away all vegetations, sapling, under growth roots etc. and trees not exc. 30cm girth upto 5m around the periphery of the sump / structure from external wall surfaces and removing rubbish not exc. 50m all as specified and as directed for the following capacities.

All as per Item No 33.00 but in 45,000 Ltr Cap Over Head reservoirs complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted external surfaces by brooming down, scraping distempered and painted surface by scrubbing with steel wire brush, and applying one coat of cement base paint for the 50,000 Ltr Cap under ground (UG) sumps including writing of date of cleaning in white paint over black back ground paint for space marking of arrows and necessary form work and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 37.00 but in 1,00,000 Ltr under ground (UG) reservoirs complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to raising / Delivery / Wash out / Over flow CI/GI pipe line 150 mm dia at Over Head reservoir (RCC) as per existing colour code including preparation of old surface of painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint from ground level to bottom of the dome of the tank complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of neccessary scaffolding, supports etc]

All as per item No 39.00 above but CI/GI pipe 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Road cutting of cement concrete/bituminous road of size not less than 100mm for laying of pipes & making good to the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC or same material after laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cleaning of pump houses/OH /UG sump surrounding area by suface excavation upto 2 CM depth including removing shrubs, grass, miniplants, small bushes, branches of tree and other unwanted materials/ stones etc and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up by proper lifting method using lifting lugs (unserviceable) submersible pump 10/15 HP cap from bore well after disconnecting all electrical connection, replacing the worn out shaft sleeve, Impeller, bearing, bushes, etc of pump and M & L for machining (remetalling, grinding, etc) the shaft and turning, polishing to shaft supply and fixing suitable size gun metal bushes etc reassembling the pump and rewinding the motor with copper winding wire as per existing gauge including overall insulation, replacement of defective parts, intermediate sheet, Bottom and top thrust plate, support bush, oil seal, diaphram, 'O' ring, Key, sand guard and stud and nut complete reassembling the motor making necessary electrical connection and lowering the pump and motor including transporting testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Flat 6 Sqmm, 3 Core, 1100 Volt, PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed industrial cable for submersible Pump motor complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of water from DHQ-3 Panambur as per Table 1 & 6 Organoleptic and Physical Parameters and bacteriological charactrestics of IS-10500-2012) and in a Govt approved NABL laboratory and submit test report. [Note:- The rate quoted includes collection water from CGRA Kunjathbail, DHQ-3 Panambur, OTM Panambur, CGRA Kunjathbail, OTM Accn Bajpe]
