DEMOLITION : Demolition roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work if cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition). Complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone/ concrete wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Rendering of 20 mm thick plastering with 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Brick work : Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved in plan with 1:6 cement mortar. Complete all as specified and directed

Cutting or uprooting grass on old CC/brick tiles or on old mud phuska, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new mud plaster. Complete as specified and directed.

TAKING DOWN OR UP : Taking up or down steel tubing of bore 20mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store as directed.

TAKING DOWN OR UP : Taking up or down steel tubing of bore 25 or 32mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store as directed.

REFIXING : Refixing old steel tubing of dia 20 mm and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) for complete as directed.

REFIXING : Refixing old steel tubing of dia 25 or 32 mm and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) for complete as directed.

DISCONNECTION : Disconnecting existing tanks, of capacity exc. 1000 L to 2000 L setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position for complete as directed.

CLAMPS : S&F of Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron for 100 mm dia pipe bore and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof as directed.

PVC PIPES : S&F of PVC (SWR) pipe of 110 mm bore dia of make Finolex, Nandi, Sudhakar as approved, fixed to walls with clamps as directed for complete.

PVC PIPES : S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified.

DISMANTLING OF CI PIPES : Dismantling of existing of 100 mm internal dia CI pipe or RCC pipes fixed to wall including removing clams and making the surface good as directed.

Surface painting : Removal of old tarfelt sheets, Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of roof tops and surface painting, with a layer of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane' @ 0.50 ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturere of density at 25° C, 0.87-0.89 Kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps and then left the surface 4 to 8 hours for drying. Complete as specified and directed.

Bitumen Tack coat / Seal coat : Applying surface bitumen coat Seal / Tack coat with lndustrial bitumen 85/25 for waterproofing treatments at the rate of 1.2 kg / sqm .

Water proofing treatment (M&L) : Rendering water proofing treatment to RCC roof slabs including vertical surfaces with APP based polymetric membrane sheet, minimum 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3.0 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) evenly laid on primed surfaces by forced application by torch on treatment. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be : Tensile strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23° C as 650/450/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150° C. Cold flexibility shall be up to 2° c when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. Membrane make : STP / Dr. Fixt / IWL as approved by EIC.

Carrying and disposal of debris : Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 1.5 KM or under including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination. Complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old Taf felt and loose material from the roof, cleaning the bitumen surface by wire brushing, washing down & disposing the pealed off tar felt muck etc. for complete as directed.
