Notes:- (a) Scope of contract is repair works and to rectify/ complete the day to day complaints of ORA area. The sites will be made availabe to the contractor as per the complaints received/ repair works required, hence sites will be handed over according to complaints received/repair works required.The Contractor is required to attend all the complaints despite of number of complaints given on each day for the entire duration of contract. Contractor or his authorised person is required to collect the job card for all the day to day complaints from MES and submit the same to MES after completion of the complaints duly signed by user, the rates quoted will be inclusive of all conveyance required for collecting job cards and all works specified in schedule. (b) All debris, unserviceable items shall be removed from site and thrown away at dumping area inside INA area upto a distance of 3.00 Kms where directed. Loading, unloading , staking and transportation charges are included in relevent items of taking down or demolition / dismatling. (c) The work shall be executed on slope roof/ flat roof upto a height of 18m. Contractor should ensure the safety of labour and should adhere to the safety precautions while working in elevated places/ roof tops. (d) Old MP tiles & ridges obtained shall be re-fixed at any other buildings roof upto a distance of 3KM. Transportation charges are included against relevant item for fixing. (e) Cost of all these above factors are deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra is entertained on this account.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping down the existing treatment on walls by rubbing,washing etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion interior grade over a coat of primer over three coats of putty mixed with Dr Fixit 302 Super Latex over a coat of asian paints smart care damp proof as thick paste all as specified by manufacturer.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside for making roof repairs, cleaning etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 lit,complete all as specified including taking down and re-fixing of float valve.

All as per item No.138 above but exc 500 & n exc 1000 lit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings concealed on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm CPVC solid ball valve to control supply at tank outlet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm CPVC solid ball valve to control supply at tank outlet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm CPVC solid gate valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing boards and wall lining of any description and any material along with fillets and all other fixing arrangements and making good to surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 and levelling the wall surfaces to receive new wall lining complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium tubular sections fixed on to plastered or RCC wall surfaces using SS screws. The aluminium sections should be straight in both horizontal or vertical directions even if any undulations are there on wall. Plastering or chipping of surfaces shall be done to attain the verticality and horizontality of wall lining without any extra cost to department complete all as specified and as directed.
