Construction of Ghutubhiyal to Gramang road Km. 0/00 to 4/700 under PMGSY-IV, Batch-I for the year 2025-2026

Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths, for crash barrier, parapets and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of pick work , jumper work , blasting work ( Both in soft and hard rock ) with chiselling/wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where required, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MoRD technical specification section 1600 and 300 and sorting out usefu/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of useful stones to the tune of 8326.64 ( Eight thousand three hundred twenty six point six four )cubic metre quantity at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) per cubic metre amounting to Rupees 24,97,992.00/-(twenty four Lacs ninety seven thousand nine hundred ninety two) only shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification section 300 & Clause 301 as per direction of Engineer- in- charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and parapets etcertra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiselling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MoRD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- in – Charge including setting out, Construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty milli metre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 (three hundred) millimetres below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 of MoRD with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) KN (kilo newton) static roller for subgrade construction as per MoRD Technical Specifcation section 300 as per direction of Engineer- in- charge. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) kN (kilo newton) static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MoRD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, rRoyality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 1st (frist) layer Bio enzyme (100mm) (one hundred millimetre) thick based soil stablised layer (accredited by IRC) to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 5% (five percent) and treating it with Bio Enzyme in the ratio 1.00(One) Litre for 12.5 (Twelve point five) cum soil , spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification including all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc. , complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by Bio Enzyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . Bio Enzyme Supervisor accomodation, food and local transport will be scope of Contractor. The soil will have clay % percentage by hydrometry between 8% to 30% (Eight percent to 30% Thirty percent) . including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Construction of 2nd (second) layer Bio enzyme (75 mm) (seventy five millimetre) thick based soil stablised layer (accredited by IRC) to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 6% (six percent) and treating it with Bio enzyme in the ratio 1.00 ltr (One Litre) for 15.00 per cum (fifteen point zero per cubic metre) soil with 25% (twenty five percent) 40mm (forty millimetre) crusher broken metal (of compacted thickness) in desing mix, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification including all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etc. , complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by Bio enzyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work. Bio enzyme Supervisor accomodation, food and local transport will be scope of Contractor. Applying of curing material Terra Cure after the application of Bio enzyme layer (accredited by IRC) for by mixing Terra Cure with water in the ratio of 1:200 (one isto two hundred) and then appyling the mixed solution @ 3 ltr (at the rate three Litre) for 1.00 sqm (one square metre). including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 100mm (one hundred millimetre) thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 kN (Eighty to one Hundred kilo newton) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax or otherTaxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Prime Coat Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water <1000 (greater than one thousand)ppm TDS in the ratio of 1.00 (One) killogramme organo silane nanotechnology :100 (One killogramme) cationic bitumen emulsion CSS I.00 (one) :200(two hundred) litre water Mixing & Spraying : Take 1.00 (one ) Killogramme of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 (two hundred) litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 (One hundred) cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1.00 (one Killogramme) per square metre on compacted surface . Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machinery etc. complete as per MoRD specifications clause 502 & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidental The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, or any other Taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.
