SCHEDULE 'A'

Taking down existing roof treatment incl plastering below tar felt etc of any type any thickness and remove the same from work site out side the MD land.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:4 mixed with water proffing compound including brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3kg per Sq.M as in roofs (water proofing compound shall be measured separatly)

Supply only infegral water proofing compound.

Supply and lay HYPERPLAS-STANDARD 3kg/sq.M polymeric water proofing membrane incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film inclding coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.M, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/Sq.M each at the top and bottom and applying of one coat of aluminium paint on the membrane complete including sealing all joints by themo fusion with minium 10cm overlap all as per manufacturers instructions.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, B0 (using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in roof covering complete all as specified

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner

M&L for granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kg per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm -1.2mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the direction/ supervision of the Engineer-in-charge, all complete. The above textured coating should conform to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476:Part 7:1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surfaces complete all as specified. Make:- Bakelite Hylam Limited or equivalent make approved by the GE.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) 40 mm thick as in sub base to receive tiles.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchand including 15mm screed bed or bedding layer in 1:4 CM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing of four side door frame of section 150x75mm along with fire and smoke in tumescent seal strips of size 12mmx4mm for 120 minutes fire rated and RW 35db acoustic door with minimum thickness of 93mm having infill of 50mm thick synco polyfiber of 48kg/cum density sandwiched by two 6mm thick magnesium boards (edge to edge on internal hardwood frame ) and claded with 6mm thick BWP plywood facing and 3mm sheet rubber interlayer T, and finished with 1mm thick laminated as per designer and 25mm thick teackwood frae around the door panel . The boards shall be resistant to vermin, mold growth, minor impact, abrasoin and short term water attack and shall be in colour as approved by the designer, the door shall have acoustic seal in door rebates and drop dead seal at the bottom of the door, the sound reducing doors also include door closer, door co-ordinar, panic bar with outside key and all accessories, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 9m thick Macro acoustic wall panelling using Macro fiber acoustic panels fixed directly by stamping to the C555/IC91 which is screw fixed directly to the wall along the perimeters with backing of ecotone make synco P.F 50 MM thick fixed horizonal/vertical to the wall used as backing material and fixing macro acoustic panels on C555 with solution SR 998 as required as per manufacturers specification. High NRC, class A fire rating, fire hazards classification of class I or A in accordance with ASTM E-84 or UL-723 testing Parameters. The colours shade of panel as approved by Architect including all accessories, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

S&F size of grid 605 x 605 mm GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre

Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in soft/disintegrated rocks complete all as specified.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L Porbandar stone masonary, block in course, well bonded and bedded, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall applying two coat of exterior weather proof paint over a coat of chalk white primer of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S & F mild steel screw bolts ( machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other , or screwed both ends ,each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nuts exc. 5cm but n. exc. 10 cm long, 11 to 15mm dia of shank complete all as specified.

Mild steel TMT 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips

Supply and fix fabrication stainless steel (tubular sections) as in gates of grade 304, bright finish, complete .Note:-Type of tublar section height, width of Gate pintol hinges and alike complete will be all as directed by GE at site.

M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type weight should not less than 2.5kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level in n. exc above the starting point.

Supply only 20mm Graded coarse aggregate for inner side of panel area complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge

M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified
