SERVICING AND REPAIRS OF CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS, WALL MOUNTING FANS, PEDESTAL FANS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS IN NAVAL PARK, AMZARI PARK, NEW AND OLD NAUSENABAUGH, KALYANI, SATAVAHANA, SAUW, VIRBAHU AND NAVAL DOCKYARD AREA UNDER GE (NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down and dismantling the ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep of any capacity from existing position and removing its allied spare parts for cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, etc and refixing the same fan in its original position with all the parts i.e. down rod, canopies, fan blades, spilt pins, screws, nuts and spring washers etc complete including provn flexible copper conductor cable of 24 / 0.20mm of required length with necessary connector (for blade / body) as required after rewinding (if any) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only and rewinding of fan shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item here-in-below. (ii) The cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating of fans has to be carried at site itself and to be completed within one hour unless re-winding is required. (iii) The cost of transportation from site of work to workshop and back for rewinding is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate, (iv) Rewinding shall be carried out in contractor's workshop and fan shall be re-fixed at site within 10 days after taking down from site. Any delay after 10 days shall be penalised @ Rs. 100.00 per day for a maximum of 10 days).

M & L for rewinding of Ceiling fan of any sweep after dismantling with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve desired RPM including necessary insulating materials, insulating varnishing, cleaning, packing and reassembling and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note: Also refer Note No. (iv) under Serial item No. 01 above)

Supply only plastic blades set suitable for bathroom exhaust fan upto 300mm sweep of any make complete all as per existing specification and as directed. (Note for Item No . 08 to 23: The spares for fans repaired under Item No.1 to 3 above shall only be measured and paid under relevant items above.)

S & F in repairs steped type modular fan regulator ,100/120 W, 1/ 2 module complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Stepped type electonic fan regulator flush type, 100W, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs stationary louvers suitable for exhaust fan of 300mm sweep made out of powder coated aluminium anodised sheet of Min 1mm thick with non removable blades fixed permanantly at 45 degree angle for protection from rain including aluminium wire mesh of suitable size for bird control Complete all as per the existing specification and as directed. (Note: Louver has to fixed upto sixty metre height multistoried building. The unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary scafolding and safety measure for fixing of louver upto sixty metre height. No extra claim on this account shall be entertained later on)

All as per Serial item No. 26 above but for exhaust fan of 450mm sweep complete ditto.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan of any size/sweep/make from it's existing position, sealing cable end, dismantling blades, cleaning all dust etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel (1st grade quality white) paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler and marking same MES No. with parmanent marker etc and re-hanging the ceiling fan and connecting up complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of ceiling fan of any size/sweep/make, cleaning all dust etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel (1st grade quality white) paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler and marking same MES No. with parmanent marker etc complete all as directed. (Note: The ceiling fan taken down under Serial item No. 01 shall be painted and measured under this item.)

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of air circulator/ pedestal fan/ wall mounting fan of any size/sweep/make, cleaning all dust etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel (1st grade quality white) paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler and marking same MES No. with parmanent marker etc complete all as directed. (Note: The air circulator/ pedestal fan/ wall mounting fan taken down under Serial item No. 03 shall be painted and measured under this item.)

S & F in repairs plastic blades set including frame suitable for bathroom exhaust fan upto 300mm sweep of any make complete all as per existing specification and as directed.
