Taking down existing waterproofing treatment of tar felt of any description from roof surfaces and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick or Stone walls or Concrete Surfaces including Racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3, surface finished even and surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specified complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering, 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on other than fair faces on PCC padding for smoothening the surface or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Supply only Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type Bo using 20 mm graded stone aggregates mixed with integral waterproofing chemical PIDI PROOF-LW mixed in proportion of 200ML/50Kg cement of DR fixit of pidilite industries Ltd or STP No.1 (Liquid)of STP Ltd in proportion 200ML/50Kg cement as in padding on roof surfaces for correcting /making proper slope on roof, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane

Disconnecting the existing PVC OH, tank of 500 Ltr capacity and refixing the same after cleaning & roof treatment all as specified.

M& L for rendering in cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on external surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on internal face of wall ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in panels n exc 3 mtr long and joints shall be filled with the mixture of bitumen and sand in (1:3) by weight complete all as specified and directed.
