Outsourcing for operation of AC plant with DG Sets at first and second flight Hanger and MUFTU power house, with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day for 8 hours each shifts for seven days in a week comprising of the following plant/Machneries/Equipments at AF station Tezpur complete all as directed Two DG Sets alongwith panel board of different capacity are located in same location. (a) 125 KVA DG Sets ,415 volts 50Hz-01 No (b) 30 KVA DG Sets ,415 volts AC ,50Hz-01 No (c) 320 KVA DG Sets,415 Volts AC ,50 Hz-01 No (d) Operation of LT Panel Board as and when required. (e) Operation of sequrity lights switches and High mast as per time schedule given by the Engr-in-charge-01 Job (f) 500KVA DG set -06 Nos (g) 2x120TR working and 1x120TR stand by chiller unit -02 (h) Fire fighting system (DG set, main pump & jockey pimp-02 Nos (j) Water pump(submersible pump) Notes:- (i)The operator should record temperature, humidity for AC plant & daily DI details for DG set in the register as provided by contractor (ii) The AC plant operator must be qualified for operating the entire plant system (iii) Rate quoted rate is inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (iv) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time (v) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state as on the last date of bid submission end date)

Outsourcing for operation of DG Sets ,booster pump sets,fire fighting pumps and other equipments at Main ATC power house, with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day for 8 hours each shifts for seven days in a week comprising of the following plant/Machneries/Equipments at AF station Tezpur complete all as directed (a) 250 KVA DG Sets ,415 volts 50Hz-01 No (b) Booster pumping set 03 HP capacity for feeding the water to service tank of ATC bldgs-02 No (c) 100 KVA DG Set ,415 Volt 50Hz-01 No Dry wet automatic fire fighting system consisting of the following (i) Main centrifugal pumping set electric driven 75 HP capacity-01 No (ii) Jokey pump electric driven 15 HP capacity -01 No (d) Operation of LT Panel Board as and when required.
