Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of rocks/debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for door/structural steel work.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 as in subbase floor using 40 mm graded stone aggregate .

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4. type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floor including finishing top cement concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 3 mm thick glass dividing strips, of 38 mm width inserted in position, all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as directed.

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame including PVC fillets & PVC strips complete all as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of stone masonry or concrete surface including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to metal studding etc on walls ceilings, beams etc including all laps, cutting and waste in repairs in patches n exc 5 sqm each including taking down old and jointing new to old as required all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dubbing out average 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on irregular face of walls all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening & primer complete all as directed.

Preparation of old decorative plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes.

M & L for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M & L glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300x200x7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete.

M & L coloured glazed ceramic joint free tiles 400x400x7 to 8mm thick in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as approved and directed

M & L coloured glazed joint free ceramic tiles 400x400x7 to 8mm thick in vertical surface as in skirting over & including 10mm thick backing coat on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work / block masonry in CM 1:3 complete all as approved and directed

M & L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set over 10mm thick screed in CM 1:6 jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match ,light shade complete all as approved and directed

M & L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps ,wall etc set over 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of the tile.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 10 mm screed base in CM ( 1:3) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over 10 mm backinhg coat in CM(1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete

S & F for Aluminum Anodized snap Grid 605x605 mm frame work using aluminum anodized main Tee of size 25 x 35 x 1.50 mm & cross Tee of size 25 x 35 x 1.50 mm, aluminum anodized angle section 25x25x1.50 mm, supported hangers 6 mm dia G.I (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to RCC roof slab/iron truss by means of ceiling cleat made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long including 12 mm thick gypsum board/ tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 60 cm x 60 cm fixed with screws with staples on snap grid as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per Sqm of the vertical surface of sub structure to a depth of 300 mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand ) to match the existing floors etc complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along the wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc complete all as specified.
