Appendix A - Construction of road

2.1:Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m outside the periphery of the area as per Technical Specification Clause 201. By Manual Means

OD4981/2025-2026: Preparation of Foundation for Embankment Scarifying Existing Bituminous surface to a depth of 150mm by mechanical means and its rolling with three wheel 80-100KN static roller to get required compaction as per the department officers at site including all labour charges,hire charges<br>etc,complete(based on MORD 3.2)

OD5269/2025-2026:Granular sub-base/base/surface course with quarry muck /quarry waste by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with appropriate machiney on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or any means and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.

3.4:Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits <br> Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

4.9:Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead

5.1.1a:Prime Coat :- Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

5.2.3a:Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

11.4.1.1:Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 I. P.C.C grade M 10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6

11.4.3.1:Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203III. P.C.C. grade M 20 (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4)

11.4.4:Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 IV. R.C.C grade M 20

11.8:Supplying, fitting and placingTMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202

3.14:Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

10.4.A.1:Direction and Place Identification signs with size more than 0.9 sqm size board A. Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs 1 Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-\reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron posts 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Appaendix B construction of retaining wall

2.8.1:Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

60.7.1:DRY RUBBLE MASONRY _ Dry rubble without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site

OD4983/2025-2026:Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation upto plinth level of protection wall with Cement Mortor 1:6(1cement:6 coarse sand)

Appendix C traffic signals

OD4994/2025-2026:Providing and laying close graded premix carpet with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using aggregates composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm(Morth M-041), premixed with viscosity grade bitumen (VG 30) @ 40 Kg of bitumen 0 sqm(MORTH 5.7.1-Type A) or 4.85 percent of mix (considering bulk density of aggregate mix as 1600kg/m3) , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades. Unit = cum Taking output = 191 cum (450 tonnes) As per approved TS vide estimate 549/2025

8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.

8.35:Providing and fixing reflective road studs (Raised Pavement Marker) of ' category A' made out of ASA/HIPS/ABS moulded body with shanks and conforming to ASTM D 4280, strong enough to support a load of more than 13.635 T when tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280, reflective panel confirming to ASTM D 788, and reflectivity conforming to clause 804.4. including installation, drilling, fixing with adhesive etc. with 2 years warranty for the road stud as well as for in field performance as per clause 804.7.3 Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector :-
