M&L for false ceiling and corners with overhead patterns, minimalist border , tray , geometric & 3D patterns ceiling with 12mm thick 1200mmx2400 mm gypsum sheet with Gypsum binder fixed on 6mm thick particle board with galvanised iron at 20x20x27 gauged galvanised section fixed at interval not more than 750 mm C/C and intersection of 20x43x27 gauge galvanised section note more than 450 mm centre to centre. Suspended/screws from roof, all as true line and level, preparation of surfaces with POP and primers, sanding the surface till smooth surface is obtained and finally applying two coat of oil bound distemper paint (mat finish) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pattern/design/colour of ceiling to be approved by GE.

S&F Your Decore Louvers seamless decorative wall panelling with fluted grovess and 3D texture including frame work for fixing decorative wall panelling to wall including decorative fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling complete as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pattern/colour of Louvers seamless decorative wall panel to be approved by GE.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade doublecharged/ultra charged 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, of size 1600 x 800 mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement joint free to match the surfaces over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.6 above, but in vertical surfaces as in skirtings, incl backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm Toughned glass (50% etching as per approved pattern) as in hinged doors, automatic doors/windows and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing,etc gaps filling with silicon including 30cm long stainless steel handle set and central stainless steel lock including taking out old broken/ unservicable glass complete all as specified and directed.
