M&L for 60 mm thick vibromatic reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 1mm thick mild steel CR sheet around painted with 2 coats of bituminous paint , as in man hole cover slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work, 100 mm long handle of 12mm dia round bar counter sunk by 25mm welded to reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : CA No and date will be engraved on covers. Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete al as specified and directed.
