Bidder should quote by selecting At Par in the Cell No. E19 and thereafter filling the Percentage Rate as 0 in the Cell No. F19 without any condition. 2. Leaving the designated space for quoting Percentage Rate blank, shall be taken as quoted “At Par”. The bidder in their own interest should tally the Quoted Rate in words and Quoted Amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of Price Bid Sheet and calculated as per Percentage Rate quoted by the bidder. 3. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in Price Bid. 4. Scanned/Photocopy of Price Bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 5. Service Charges as mentioned in Sl. No. 2 has been already considered as 10% (fixed) as laid down by DGR vide OM Ref. No. 28(75)/2020-D(Res-1) dated 23.06.2021, Corrigendum dated 23.06.2021 and Clarification dated 30.07.2021. 6. Total Amount as mentioned in the BoQ in Column F & BA is excluding GST@18%.
