Removal of slips/ silt in all kinds of soil (i/c saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 20 mtrs.disposing of unserviceable material, stacking serviceable materials and neatly dressing the surface within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters in pick jumper work 50 %.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1: Cement:2 Sand) : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40 mm thick) with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, huttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:15:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand) 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with in all leads and lifts.
