Steel reinforcement of R C C work using thermo-mechanically treated bars of specific grade including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level

Painting with synthetic enamel paint two or more coats on new work of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade after cleaning the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint (Apex or equivalent) on new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) of required shade

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 Coarse sand) with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 coarse sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at windows sills, ceiling level and the like

Flush/Ruled pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand)

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete

Laterite masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement six sand) with existing size laterite stones including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete up to plinth level

Random rubble masonry with available hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry in cement mortar manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing granite stone slab of approved shade, edges rounded and polished, 75 cm high 50 cm deep and 18 mm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter an embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer -in-charge and finished smooth

18 mm thick plain moulded cement mortar band in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying 40 mm thick natural stone (Tandur stone or equivalent) of desired size including preparing ground, removing vegetation, spreading 6 mm stone chips up to 25 mm thickness etc. complete

Kota stone slab flooring of 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular tubular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Providing and fixing G.I chain link fabric fencing made of G.I wire or dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia.
