Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work including chiselling/wedging work in dry or saturated conditions up to any depth including stacking the excavated soil serviceable and unserviceable materials separately and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil, unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads & lifts and disposed materials to be neatly leveled.

Earth work in excavation by mechnical means (Hydraullic Excavator) over area (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.50m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to any lead and lift up to 1.50 mtrs as directed by Engineer Incharge. (In all kinds of soil)

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund (wire crates to be measured separately) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm.nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth by using mechanical mixer including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form workin Foundation and plinth/Retaining wall etc. by using mechanical mixer including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 PCC grade M-10 nominal mix 1:3:6 including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts inclusive of necessary form work.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr. and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm.nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement:50mm.thick including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Extra for providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo floors 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts. (ISI mark) sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
