| 5.00 | Supply and installation of HT 33 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycles, rated amp 1250A rated symetrical breaking capacity 25KA for 3 sec ( min), rated making capacity 62.5KA (min) outdoor type porcelain cladded structure mounted VCB switchgear, The vacuum interrupters are housed in hollow porcelain insulators filled with SF6/Nitrogen gas at 0.5 bar above atmospheric pressure to safeguard against condensation. A spring operated mechanism is housed in a weather-proof cabinet and a sturdy extruded steel angle structure is used for mounting the breaker. Simple and reliable spring mechanism minimizes operating energy and ensures longer mechanical life. Following parts shall form the part of VCB:-
1. Pole assembly as per manufacture design in accordance of relevent IS/IEC.
2. Cabinate with operating mechanism.
3. Steel structure of galvanised steel. Cabinate with operating mechanism consist of:-
(i) Base cabinate made of manufacturer standard as per relevent IS/IEC houses a spring operated mechanism which is mechanically linked to all three poles. The cabinate also includes anti condensation heater, circuit breaker status indicator, mechanical operation counter, break control switches, anti pumping relay, AC/DC fuses, auxiliary wiring and terminal blocks.
(ii) Operating mechanism having robust spring operated mechanism having feature O-C-O operation without recharging, motor for spring charge along with manual charging,mechanical/ electrical anti pumping, high speed reclosing feature,mannual closing and tripping, mechanical ON-OFF and spring charge indication, sufficient no of auxiliary switches NO & NC. The remote control panel for automatic and manual VCB operation shall be indoor type will have earth fault relay, overcurrent relay, shunt tripping coil, control wiring from CT,PT,Buchholz relay,WTI and OTI for tripping of VCB and alarm indication as of case be. Metering system will be digital voltmeter for LL and each phase voltage and digital ammeter for each phase current, necessary DC voltage required for relay operation for tripping of VCB shall be part of unit.
