l. Complete internal wiring of the control pannel for operating equipments by using adequate capacity single core copper wire of Havells make. The wiring shall be fitted with plastic washers for identification of each wire at various joints.

m. Panel for housing of all the equipments fabricated out 16 gauge sheet metal of adequate size to house all the equipments with enough space to reach out to any equipments for repair/replacement. The panel shall have hinged door at the front with proper locking arrangements. The housing shall be provided with a base frame fabricated out of ISMC & welded /bolted at the bottom. The housing shall be provided without space fitment of meter push buttons actuator incoming & out coming connections. The panel shall be free standing, floor mounted , totally enclosed, vermin proof, spray enamel panted in two coats of conventional shade over a coat of red oxide primer both externally & internally. The panel shall have air vents for proper ventilation.

n. Auto transformer assembly: Auto transformer coil shall be made of suitable capacity 1st class electrolytic copper strip & shall be provided class F insulation. The taping shall have to be taken at 40%, 60%,&80%. The core of the transformer shall be fabricated out of class 1st 92 grade pota sheets cut to suitable size & tightened adequately. The auto transformer shall be housed in a suitable tank fabricated out of M.S sheets of suitable thickness having a lid at top with proper arrangements for tightening with the tank. The tank shall be spray enamel painted in two coats of conventional shape over about of red oxide primer both externally & internally. The job shall also include initial filling by high grade low viscosity transformer oil up to the required level to immerse the coils fully in it, connection between the starter & auto transformer assembly shall have to be made in suitable size copper bus strips/ cable. The tank shall be fitted at the back of starter.
