M&L for cutting, racking out existing sealing compound from joints of rigid pavements including raking spilled out sealing compound from the edges of existing joints and removing the raked out sealing compound and forming joints 5 to 10 mm average width and removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 150m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity), preparing joints to receive polyurethane joint filling and primed with primer & polyurethane sealant of approved With minimum 10mm depth of sealent all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting, racking out existing sealing compound from joints of rigid pavements including raking spilled out sealing compound rom the edges of existing joints and removing the raked out sealing compound and forming joints 15mm average width and 20mm average depth by diamond cutter and removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 150m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity), preparing joints to receive polyurethane joint filling and primed with primer of approved make , sealed with polyurethane sealant of approved Make and minimum depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 10mm with back up rod of suitable size complete all as per manufacturers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 2 above, but forming of joints 25mm average width and 30mm average depth with suitable size of backup rod.

M&L for 12mm thick pre-formed synthetic filler board in rigid pavements after taking down the existing old/out lived filler board and cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick pre-formed synthetic filler board in rigid pavements after taking down the existing old/out lived filler board and cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to existing PCC pavement where cracks are developed by cutting slabs with chiselling manually if required using diamond but blade mechanicaly driven 3 to 5mm thick average width as per site requirement and removing all loose material carefully to a distance exceeding 150 Mtrs and not exceeding 250 Mtrs and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning the sides and bootom of surface with compressed Air (Diesel driven comressor of suitable capacity) to remove all dust dirty oil grease, bitumen, loose particles etc. and making good by applying epoxy resin primer @ 0.34 Kg/Sqm and finally filling with epoxy resin mortar one part of epoxy resin and three parts of quartz sand mix NO. 10 complete all as specified and as directed.
