Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up tot floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Chimneys and shafts

Laterate masonry with neatly dressed laterate stone of size 40x20x15 cm or nearest size in cement mortar 1:6 for superstructure above floor two level upto floor five level including all cost of materials, labour charges etc.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Stone tile work for wall lining upto 10 m height with special adhesive over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade. 8 mm thick (mirror polished and machine cut edge)Granite stone of any colour and shade

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group C

Supply, conveyance and Installation of compact 10-15W LED Bulkhead Light giving soft glare free, Cool White light & complete with electronic driver including all required mounting accessories, frames, complete ( Make: Philips/WIPRO/Havells or equivalent)

DB and Switchgear

Supply and installation of sheet steel, phosphatised and painted, dust and vermin proof enclosure of MCB DB including copper /brass bus bar, neutral link, earth bus and DIN rail suitable for fixing MCB/ isolator etc. fixed on wall using suitable anchor bolts or fixed in recess including cutting hole on the wall , making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required4 way (8+12) - double cover TPN vertical DB with provision for fixing 4P MCB / Isolator/ RCCB/ RCBO as incomer and SP/ TP MCB as outgoing (IP 42/43)

Cable and End Termination

Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.4 core 16 sq mm with factory made clamp

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Earthing

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
