Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three coarse sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size including curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetera and removal of form for foundation footings, bases of columes etcetera for mass concrete complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
