Material and labour for dismantling Vacuum circuit breakers of rating upto 630A,11KV, 3Ph, by removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, removing busbars, current transformers, moving and fixed contacts cleaning all the parts with CTC, servicing of spring charge motor, checking the healthiness of tripping and closing coils,improving the insulation resistance value and reassembling the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work should be carried out in presence of competent service Engineer.

M&L for calibration of following relays, setting the relays for the fault levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge and testing the operation of Vacuum circuit breaker after installation of relays by simulating different types of faults all as directed by Engineer - in- charge. Note: a) Work should be carried out by competent service Engineer and report should be submitted on post completion of calibration.

M&L Energy Audit by accredited from of B.E.E Bureau of Energy Efficiency,(Govt of India) have sound experience and experties in this field ,to conduct energy audit of Ahmedabad cantt sector wise/area wise specifically

(a)Transformers loading pattern: measurement of electrical parameters and analysis to find loading, eficiency,rationalization,maintenance practices etc.

b) Study of electrical bills: for PF pattern, contract demand, demand charges,night tariff, load patter etc.

(c) Measurement of major utility equipment motors: and study loading pattern rationalization, inter changeability, maintenance practices, application study, type and size of motor, suggesting any possible energy saving devices to be connected etc.

(d) Power factor study : capacitors installation and their performance evaluation, system, PF at various levels and at various levels and at various load pattern, study and analysis.

(e) Pumps: Major pumps shall be covered for opimization, maintence practices etc. We shall measure flow of Pumps with the help ultrasonic flow meter. Results of actual flow agains rated flow and actual power against ated power shall give us performance evaluation of pumps and motors system.

(f) Lighting :n Study of type of installation,lux level at all levels, availability of natural light, illumination pattern etc.

(g) DG Det: Derivation of LITERS/KW based on limited period trials taken and suggest for improvement after trial.

Recommended also in following two categorie.

(i) Operational: It is a suggestion in which improvement on specific area/sector/equipment an be done including moderate modification, changes in process parameters, changes in design, and changes in men power. The sole purpose is to save energy without much investment. this may take less time to implement.

(ii) Project: It is a suggestion 8in which help of external agencies/finance is including retrofitting, replacement, new addition of eauipments/instruments, change in technology etc and it may take more time Ahmedabad Military Station including Transformer loang pattern, study of eloectrical bills, measurement of major utility equipment motors, P.F study, evaluation of pumps water system, lightng, DG Set evaluation trials etc.

Dehydration including filteration of transformer oil in existing transformer as installed by dehydration and filteration plant including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. (The dielectric strength to be achieved 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap after completion of de-hydration and filteration).

Preparation of old painted surfaces including painting of existing transformer and cooling coils/fins of transformers of following capacities by removing oil marks using chemical or hot blow lamp. Spray painting to prepared surfaces using antirust synthetic enamel paint of superior quality and colour as approved by GE/AGE E/M as per standard Engineering practice with two coats, Writing SM No, MES No, Make and capacity with white paint having height not less than 2.5 cm and width not less than 1cm upto 200 KVA complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

All as per srl item 12 above but above 200 KVA upto 315 KVA.

Fixing only cross arms, MS channels etc, retrived item No 19 here-in-before with nuts, bolts, washers all as specified including two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer complete duly scraping the existing paints complete all as speciafied and directed by Engr-in charge.

Material and labour for dismanteling old U/S AB switch and Supply and install switch air break, vartically gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 200 amps 11000 volts, including GI pipe and all other accessories all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade including dismantling of old insulators all as specified and as directed.

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M. Excavation in soft / loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete laid in trenches over sand for cable protection complete.

M&L for painting of MS swaged poles 11 m long including brackets/clamps etc with best quality aluminium paint, making alternate black & yellow colour bands of 30 cms width upto a height of 1.5 m from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint complete.

Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.
