Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Filling approved earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications -do- Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works. Providing TMT steel reinforcement RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending,hooking, placing in position,lapping and welding wherever required tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps and wastage shall not be measured and paid), cost of materials , labour, HOM of machinery complete as per the specifications.

Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:6 to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Providing 20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:6 to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position Single leaf Marine plywood door shutter, leaf made out of 9 ply-18 mm thick monolithic marine plywood. The styles (2 nos), bottom top rail and lock rail are also made of marine plywood and are glued at the joints and to the back side of the leaf firmly by using Fevicol. The styles and bottom & top rails are of size 125 x 19mm and lock rail is of 200 x 19mm size. The cost also includes M.S powder coated butt hinges, screws and nails etc., and labour charges for fixing any other fixtures which will be paid separately.

Providing unplasticized PVC SWR rain water down fall pipes of 110 mm diameter with ISI 13592 TYPE-A mark with necessary shoes, bends, collars etc., including making holes in walls, RCC slabs, beams, columns, including fixing with necessary wooden plugs of size not less than 50 x 50 x 75mm (where it is required pipe clear of wall, wooden blocks of size equal to that of ears of the pipe shall be used ) screws, Iron clamps of '8' G and making good the same including cost and conveyance of all materials and incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supplying and fixing in position Marine plywood doors of different sizes (as specified in drawings), with Country wood frame of size 75 x 100 mm (Vepa/Neredu) alround without threshold plate and without ventilating head, with 9 Ply - 18 mm thick marine plywood shutter with ISI mark in Single leaf, styles and top rail of size 125 x 19 mm, lock rail of size 200 x 19 mm thick and the styles & rails are to be joined firmly with the Fevicol to the leaf (The styles, top rail and lock rail are made of marine plywood only) and with necessary M.S. ' Z ' holdfasts, M.S. powder coated butt hinges, screws and nails etc., complete (excluding cost of other fixtures, which will be paid separately but including labour charges for fixing the fixtures).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One coat applied @ 0.90 l/10 m²) including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.(For old wood work)

French spirit polishing :One coats on old work to give an even surface including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering smooth , cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of the following Anodized Aluminium hard ware fittings with ISI mark.

Anodized Aluminum Aldrop of size 300 mm long with ISI mark IS 2681.

Anodized Aluminum tower bolts of size 10 mm dia x 250 mm long with ISI mark IS 204.

Anodised Alluminium Door handles of size 150 mm long with ISI Mark IS 208.

Providing and fixing of the following Chorinated poly vinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes confirming to IS 15778 having thermal stability fo hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe withclamps at 1.00 mtrs spacing. Providing and laying water proofing cum heat insulation treatment with Home Shield Polurethane (PU) Roofkoat (Berger or equivalent) over existing roof slab, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per the following specification: Surface Preparation. 1.Clean the Surface thoughly to make it smooth and free of any foreign material 2.Water pounding test for Mother slab to identify the leakages points before starting the water proofing treatment work 3.Injection grouting should be done for all leakages point indentified and inject the cement slurry dmixed with injection grout admixture, using pressure grouting machine till the rejection of material from the nozzle. 4.Reparing od construction joints by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortor in C.M91:4) admixture with Advanced Latex plus as per the specified company instructions.
