Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m as per technical specification clause 1603.1 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental .

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all classification of soil viz pick work, jumper work ,pick jumper blasting work, blasting work soft and hard blasting including chiseling and doing work in saturated soil including shoring ,strutting and pumping or bailing out water up to any depth and stacking the excavated earth clear from the edge of excavation as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge at the site of work and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers when required into plinth sides of foundation, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three decimal fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty milimetre into thirty milimetre into five milimetre ).,so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal fifteen millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm(Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers, girders lintels, sides, and soffits of beams hunching, cantilevers bressumers and lintels upto all depths including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm(Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in column pillar, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement Six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( One Cement : four Sand: eight graded Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of form work. /under flooring including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(One cement: Two sand:four graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete so as to obtain minimum crushing strength of M-20 grade and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement: Two sand :Four graded crushed or broken stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete so as to obtain minimum crushing strength of M-15 grade and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspending floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, breassumers and cantilever up to floor two level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated grade M-20 desing mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm² with minimum cement contents of 310 kgs/cum (Three hundred ten Kilograms per Cubic metre) with 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size crushed stone aggregate mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in columns, pillars, posts and struts above plinth level to all floor level. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips prepainted plain galvanised sheet hot dip metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns of primer back coat and polyster of 5 microns J or L hooks and bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen and GI limpet washer filled with required shade of colour and laid completed as per direction of Engineer-In-charge 0.60mm thick polyster galvanised steel sheet of approved colour including carriage of material with in all lead and lift and other incidential.

Providing and fixing 15cm. (Fifteen centimetre) wide 45cm.(Forty five centimetre) Overall semicircular plain G.I. Sheet 0.63mm (Zero decimal six three)milimetre thick gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (Forty into three milimetre)size, bolts nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design including carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing plain asbestos cement sheet ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and wood screws ( frame work to be measured and paid for separately) 5mm (five milimetre) thick with in all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providng and Fixing M.S. B.P Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cuttng, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals .

6mm (Six milimetre) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement: Three sand) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concretes/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal angles, chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals

Applying One coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufactured on wall surface after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete chrome including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish so as to the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and frame work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed guards, bars ladders railing brackets and similar works.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coats) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt dust and other foreign matter enamel white paint including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease dirt and other foreign matter sand paparing and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new wood and wood based surfacs with angel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt dust and other design sand papering and knotting with angle paint other than white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes & working pressure not less than 4.5 Kgs./Sqm. ( Four point five Kilograms/Sqm.) embedded in R.C.C. column including fitting with spun yarn and cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement: 2 Sand) 100mm (One hundred milimetre) dia. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. Plain bend 100mm (One hundred milimetre) dia. on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling joints with approved adhesive complete. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out constructin of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental .

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand : Twelve graded stone agg.) 20 mm (Twenty milimetre nominal size ) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand ) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level in all floors in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) in all floor within all lead ,lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for all types of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :Three sand :Six graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty Milimeters) nominal size in or under water including curing complete, pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work in drain as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
