Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (Seventy five millimetre ) as per MORTH Specification Clause 506 with bitumen (VG-10) within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (Medium setting ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 (Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty ) kilogrammes per Square metre on the prepared bituminous/granular surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom as per MORTH Specification Clause 503 within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre ) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant ) producing an average output of 75 (Seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, -II 13mm (thirteen millimetre nominal size) premixed with bituminousVG-10 binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to five point six ) percent of weight mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes in all respect within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of hill side drain 0.45x0.25 mtr. ( Zero point four five x Zero point two five) Laying 10cm ( Ten centimiter ) thick M-10 ( M-Ten ) grade in accordance with requirement of specification true to line and grades. Dimension and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification clause -1606.1. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .
