Taking down carefully existing 11KV/433 V distribution transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA by disconnecting HT overhead connection/underground cables and earth strips etc. from any substation / locations using crane of suitable capacity or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully. Transpoting the tranformer to subsation after repairs, placing at given position, connection of HT overhead line/underground cables and earth strips etc. testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : All T&P required for loading, unloading and transportation including necessary items like bolts, nuts etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deem to be included in the quoted rates .

M & L for repairs to Transformer step down 11KV/0.433 KV any type of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA , after dismantling the transformer body carefully, opening the top cover of Transformer for inspection /repair, drain out the transformer oil from the tank complete, taking out the core and winding assembly by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of u/s rubber bushes and washers , replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, warnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Spray painting to complete transformer body outside and inside by weather proof paint , Marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-intalling the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Winding wire including labour for making of coils and LT/HT bushes shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply and filling of fresh transformer power oil of BDV not less than 60 KV for topping up of reduced level of Distribution transformer complete including removing of old unserviceable transformer oil all as specified and directed. Make : power oil/castrol/pure lubes.

M & L for conducting oil filtration by stream line / Vaccum type filter machine to remove the moisture/carbon particles to improve required BDV of oil BDV of oil 40 to 50 KV for 1 min for distribution transformer incl routine testing after filtration for any capacity of transformers/CT/PT units all as directed. (Note : 1. The quoted rate included the cost of filter assy. 2. The filtration should be done in the presence of Engr In charge only)

Supply and replacing silica gel breather clear view type including first fill of good quality silica gel of capacity suitable for 25 KVA to 63 KVA transformer all as specified and sirected.

Supply and replacing silica gel breather clear view type including first fill of good quality silica gel of capacity suitable for 100 KVA to 400 KVA transformer all as specified and sirected.

M & L for spray painting to the outer surface of the transformer with one coat of weather proof paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free and cleaning the bushes, name plate etc including writing the MES/SM No with white enamelled paint for capacity of transformer 63 KVA to 500 KVA (Indoor/outdoor type) all as directed.

M&L for replacement off load tap changer suiatable to existing, for distribution transformer of any make and capacity from 00-400 KVA all as directed.

M&L for super enamelled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for rewinding the LT transformer of any capacity / any make complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of bush type insulator white/brown/green working pressure 11000Volts HT side all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of bush type insulator white/brown/green working pressure 433 Volts LT side all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation for erection of poles, stays, laying cables, stays etc and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay including fixing and connecting electrically and testing HT underground cable, XLPE insulated, , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor multi-stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including provision of lugs & testing of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (a) 3 core 95sqmm Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately. Quoted rate include of making connection to LT panel/feeder pillar box/junction box through suitable size aluminium lugs and cable glands.

All as per item No 15 here in before but 3 core 70 sqmm all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for Outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm all as specified and directed. .

Supply and spreading in natuaral riddled soil as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc and refilling in trenches and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches burnt brick locally available 20x9x6cms size for protection of UG cable laid flat and dry over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing, 80mm bore light grade, galvanized, with all fittings required such as bends, Tees, elbows, sockets, fixing clamps etc for protection of cable/GI strip in road crossing/fixing on ploe, wall etc including removing old unserviceable pipe any size all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as above item No 20 but 100mm bore light grade, GI tubing etc all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for two coats of enamelled spray painting to the outer surfaces of DG set capacity 62.5 KVA including frame after preparing the surface dust and oil free as per colour code and marking etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 25x4mm size , by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including porovision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less thanb 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs-02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.50m long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplys soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. Note:- Item of Earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.
