OD116547/2025-2026:Conducting and Reporting Routine Maintenance inspections for the entire length of the project road at a frequency of 7 days throughout the agreement period of the running contract as directed by the departmental officers at site. Additional Routine Inspection may be required in response to reports or complaints from the police other authorities and the public as a result of major incidence, typhoon or flooding damages etc. and are not measurable/ payable. A portion of the routine inspection may be carried out either during or immediately following a period of wet weather.

10.2:Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) Making up the loss of material/ irregularities on the shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.
10.3:Maintenance of Earth Shoulder (stripping excess soil) from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor
10.6:Filling of crack using slow - curing bitumen emulsion and applying crusher dust in case crack are wider than 3mm.

8.35:Providing and fixing reflective road studs (Raised Pavement Marker) of ' category A' made out of ASA/HIPS/ABS moulded body with shanks and conforming to ASTM D 4280, strong enough to support a load of more than 13.635 T when tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280, reflective panel confirming to ASTM D 788, and reflectivity conforming to clause 804.4. including installation, drilling, fixing with adhesive etc. with 2 years warranty for the road stud as well as for in field performance as per clause 804.7.3 Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector :-
8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. 55.11.1:Flexible Hazard Marker 30cm x 30cm Hazard Marking on the surface of trees,concrete,Masonry etc using Aluminium backed flexible presmatic (AFP) SHEETING CONSISTING OF Yellow colored flexible presmatic sheeting non-metallic presmatic lens as recto reflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type IV specification values for reboundable sheetig with printed arrow /Slant line pattern in black colour. AFP sheeting laminated at the back with a 50 micron thick Aluminium (AI) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner and shall not crack when tested for flexibility as per section S2.2.2 of ASTM D 4956-09 including application on any surface with adhesive as recommended by manufacturer and ceiling the edges all around with epoxy based structural adhesive to resist any peel-off.
