INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Item No. 1: Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, flame retardant low smoke (FRLSH), PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked TEC and FIA approved, for phase, neutral & as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly, in and including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit of suitable dia with fittings, ISI marked, PVC junction boxes,terminated in modular switch boxes(cost of boxes not included) including (FRLSH) rigid PVC insulated unsheashed stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch / one fan point controlled by one switch and fan regulator.

(b) One 3 pin ,6 Amps socket outlet on independent board

(c) One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switches

(d) One bell /buzzer point controlled by one bell push.

Item No. 6: M&L for 1x18 W LED tube light fitting 230 V, energy efficient batten fitting with & including 1 No 18/20 watt LED tube rod with electronic ballast ,bipin holder,connector block etc complete with all accesories, internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 7: S&F LED 10W Bulk head luminaries Die cast aluminium alloy body ,heat resistent prismatic glas cover ,with specially designed gasket incl all fixture & accessories, prewired, provision of copper flexible wire 23/.0076 mm twin core upto fitting, complete in all respect.

Item No. 8 :Surface mounted wall mirror LED light compact and sturdy 10 watt LED decorative fixture with antiglare polycarbonate diffuser, multi purpose lighting solution & application, including all fixtures and accesories, prewired, including provision of copper flexible wire 23/0.0076mm twin core upto fitting , complete in all respects , as specified.

Item No. 9: Exhaust fan 300mm sweep, 1200 RPM complete with louvers and shutter suitable for operation on 230 Volts, AC, 50Hz AC supply, fixed on wall, making opening, fixing and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 10: S&F LED luminaire 600mm x 600mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holder & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete.

Item No. 11 : Vertical three phase distribution board,sheet metal enclosures, powder coated, 4 way TPN (triple pole and neutral) with 200 Amp rated bus bar 415 volt having IP-43 protection, double door including provision of MCCB 415 volts, 4 pole, TPN fixed type, rating 125 Amps,25 KA as incomer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 12: Vertical three phase distribution board,sheet metal enclosures , powder coated, 12 way TPN (triple pole and neutral) with 200 Amp rated bus bar 415 volt having IP-43 protection, double door including provision of MCCB 415 volts, 4 pole, TPN fixed type, rating 160 Amps,16 KA as incomer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 13: M&L for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, SPN, 240 volts, 6 way, double door type grouting in wall in CM, making good of disturbed surfaces and matching with existing and electrical connections complete as directed.

Item No. 17: S&F vertical sheet metal enclosures for distribution board when MCB to be used VTPN ( triple pole and neutral ) 4 way, 415 Volts, sheet metal powder coated, IP 42 protection with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type, mounting on suitable size & thick wooden board including MCCB, 415 volts, 4 pole, TPN Thermal release, rating 63 Amps, 16 KA as incomer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Item No. 18: MCB, single pole, 6 to 32 Amp, 230 Volts, having breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 19: MCB, single pole and neutral, 40 Amp, 220 Volts, having breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 20: MCB, single pole and neutral, 6 to 32 Amp, having breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 21: M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 10 Sqmm for phase and neutral 1100 volts grade single core FR PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor ,drawn through and including non-metalic PVC rigid conduit ISI marked with all conduit accessories conceiled in surface of walls/floors / ceiling etc with 1x10 sqmm single core FR PVC insulated unsheathed with one copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed Note:-2 runs of 10 Sqmm cable,one run of 10 Sqmm cable and one run of conduit will be measured as one unit .

Item No. 22: Sub main wiring with 2 single core flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 4 sq mm, drawing in and including heavy grade PVC concealed conduit ISI marked with all accesories on walls and making good the disturbed surfaces including all conduit fittings, clamps, gutties etc and one additional 1 run of wire of 4 sq mm but green in colour with proper thimbles complete all as specified. Note:- For payment purpose 3 runs of 4 sq mm cable and one run of conduit will be measured as one unit . .

Item No. 23: Sub main wiring with 2 single core flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 6 sq mm, drawing in and including heavy grade PVC concealed conduit ISI marked with all accesories on walls and making good the disturbed surfaces including all conduit fittings, clamps, gutties etc and one additional 1 run of wire of 6 sq mm but green in colour with proper thimbles complete all as specified. Note:- For payment purpose 3 runs of 6 sq mm cable and one run of conduit will be measured as one unit ..

Item No. 24 S&F LED building security light 20 W complete with suitable bracket made of light grade GI pipe of lenght 1.2 Mtr and MS clamps complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 25 : Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead wire 4.00mm dia(8SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, light grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. Note : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid separately.

ROAD PATH AND CULVERT WORK

Item No 1: Painting lines, dashes on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm width with road making Thermoplastic paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 2: Road Cat eye two way reflective of size 100 X100X19 mm, ABS body with refletive panels Amber / Red / White complete including fixed on road with one suitable mild steel pin & approved epoxy adhesive, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 3 : Road Safety Convex Mirror 80cm dia made out of PC material provided with suitable MS pipe post duly powder coated, as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Item No 4 :Solar Road Studs 128X134X23 mm made out of aluminium alloy construction and solar powered by niono crystal solar panel including one high capacity Ni-CD rechargeble battery in any colour, completee as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 5 :Providing, Laying, compaction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specification i.e grading II, conforming to clause 401 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridge works (Fifth Revision) , mixing in mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material by tippers to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Ton to achieve the desired density , 150 mm thick ( Compacted thickness), complete all as specified and directed .

Item No 6 :Providing, Laying, compaction of wet mix macadam conforming to clause 406 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridge work (Fifth Revision), 250 mm thick (compacted thickness, 125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed grade aggregates and granular materials (size range 53 mm to 0.075mm ), grading of aggregate as per table 400-13 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridge works (Fifth Revision), including pre-mixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base/ base course on wellprepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Ton toachieve the desired density, required gradient and camber etc, complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each of 125 mm thick ( compacted thickness) (ii) For payment purpose, both layers shall be considered as one Unit.

Item No 7 : Preparation of un-surfaced Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) surfaces by sweeping clean by broom or mechanical sweepers and removing completely all loose and foreign material and finallly fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming cost on unsurfaced wet mix macadam surface conforming to clause 502 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridge works (Fifth Revision) with cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS: 8887 (latest edition) @ 7.50kg/10 Sqm using primer distributor which shall be shelf propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified .

Item No 8 : Providing, laying and compaction of bituminous macadam (BM) 50mm compacted thickness specifications for Road and Bridge works(Fifth Revision), using mechanically crushed stone aggregates and granular material, etc. of grading II as per table 500-7 of MORT& H specification for Road and Bridge works (Fifth Revision) pre-mixed with bituminous binder, bitumen grade VG-30@ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in batch type hot mix plant 100-120TPH capacity transported to site by trippers, laid over a previously prepared surfaace with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specification to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified. Notes:- (i) The Contractor shall quote the rate against item considered 3.50% VG-30 bitumen content. Mix Design for Bituminous Macadam shall be got designed from NIT/CTL/Govt. Engineering College and shall be got approved from GE in writing while before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also, the Bitumen content cannot be less than 3.40% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.24 for MORT & H specification (Fifth Revision). (ii) If quantiy of binder content is less than the quantity as specified in respective items of BOQ , it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if quantity of binder content is more than the quantity as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Item No 9 :Preparation of bituminous surface and applying evenly a tack coat conforming to clause 503 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridege Works (Fifth Revision) with cationic bitumen emulsion RS 1 Grade, conformation to IS :8887(latest edtion) @ 2.50 Kg per 1 Sqm using distructor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete allas specified.

Item No 10 :Providing and laying 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness ) bituminous concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler, 5.50% binder(Paving bitumen Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and crushed aggregate , grading II, anti -stripping agent warm mix additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the mineral aggregate, filler and bitumen to the specific temperture,thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, anti-stripping agent, warm mix additives as per design in hot mix plant (Batch type of 100-120 TPH capactiy carrying the hot mixed material by mean of tipper, trucks or any ohter approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot pre-mix materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as an when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller of 8 to 12 Tons smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including running expense of all plants and machinery inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engr-in -Charge, required quality control test at required intervals, etc, complete in all respect complete all as specified. NOTES:- (i) The Contractor shall quote the rate against item considered 5.50% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix formula as per clause for bituminous concrete shall be designed from NIT/CTL/Govt. Engineering College and shall be got approved from GE in writing while before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the Bitumen content shall not be less than 5.40 % by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MORT& H specification (Fifth Revision) . (ii) The cost of material , transprotation ,job mix formula from Lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the Unit rate quoted by the Contractor . (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in Unit Rate. (iv) If quantity of binder content is less than the quantity as specified in respective items of BOQ , it shall be adjustd at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs45.00 Per Kg and if quantity of binder content is more than the quantity as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MORT & H specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 Tones (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 to 10 Ton Staic weight,followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 Tons smooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause 507.4.8 of MoRT & H specifications (Fifth Revision)and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Item No. 1 : Cable route indicator, showing ''HT UG cables'' painted in brown colour and route of cable with arrow, made of CI in suitable elliptical shape and fixed with MS rod 12mm dia 70mm long ( all words embosed) and embedded in PCC block of size 30x30x60cm in ground complete all as specified.

Item No. 2 : Cable route indicator, showing 'LT UG cables' painted in brown colour and route of cable with arrow, made of CI in suitable elliptical shape and fixed with MS rod 12mm dia 70mm long ( all words embosed) and embedded in PCC block of size 30x30x60cm in ground complete all as specified.

Item No. 3 : Supply and fixing street light LED luminaries of single piece die cast aluminium housing conforming to IP 65 suitable for and including LED lamp 45 watt, driver and other accessories for 45 watts lamp, pre-wired and electrical connections complete in all respect including light bracket made to fit on the top of pipe with MS pipe medium grade welded with 40 mm medium grade MS pipe 1.60 mtrs long made to shape incl necessary nut, bolts & washers and connection with 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated cable from junction box to light fitting complete all as specified. Note: The unit rate include for painting to bracket with one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of aluminium paint before fixing

Item No.4 :Supply and fixing post top lantern light fitting for 25W LED consisting of cast aluminium spigot, spun aluminium canopy with acrylic cover painted in copper dust colour paint complete with accessories and one No driver complete including PVC conduit & FRLS three core 2.5 Sqmm cable from control box to fitting, complete all as specified

Item No.5 : Supply and fixing junction box of size 300x250x200 mm, made out of 2.0 mm thick MS sheet , having front open-able and lockable hinged shutter with self closing arrangement, rain shed outdoor type, weather and vermin proof, factory made, complete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer, comprising of cadmium plated 04 pole terminal post, having arrangement of connecting incoming and outgoing cables, fixed on pole with clamp of size 25x5 mm with MCB SP 'C' series 6/10 Amp, 240 Volts, 10 KA mounted on Din rail, thimbles etc all as specified.

Item No. 6 : Supply, install, commissioning testing of transformer ( energy efficiency level 2) step down 11KV/433V outdoor type copper wound 315 KVA Cap with necessary, standard fittings of capacity 250 KVA 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles vetor group Dyn-11 having primary (HT) voltage of 11 KV and secondary (LT) voltage of 433 V off load tap changing gear to provide volts with tapping on primary side having steps from (+) 7.5% to (-) 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% each so as to vary voltage on secondary side including first fill of transformer oil, the transformer shall be delta connected on 11KV side & star connected on secondary side with neutral brought out including provn of HT busing on HV (delta connection) side & LT cable box on LV (star connection) side mounted on platform complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Platform shall be measured and paid separately .

Item No. 7 :Supplying ,laying,jointing and testing HT, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) 95 sqmm 3 core , stranded aluminium conductor for earthed system including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 11000 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified (Note :- Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately)

Item No. 8 : Supply and fix cable jointing kit, for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alumminum conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 9 :Supplying ,laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc , to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified of following cross sectional area :- (Note : - Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately)

Item No.21 : M&L for platform for transformer of size 3000x2500x1200mm with brick masonry construction in cement mortar 1:4, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, 150mm thick in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 40mm thick in floor over sub base PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, 75mm thick, brick masonry step on one side, including fixing 08 Nos angle iron post of 50x50x6mm, 1.5 mtr height grouted in PCC bed block and intermediate portion fixed with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) and provn of one angle iron gate openable type near the step made to access to the top of platform including earth work in any type of soil including plastering to brick masonry and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and two coats of white wash on plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Item No.1: Construction of brick masonary valve pits of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm (internal dimension of chamber), depth of chamber to be recokoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover as shown in drg with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm with fixing arrangement hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work using bricks as mentioned in PS clause 5.1 in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm plastering in cement mortar 1:4 both internally and externally 30cm below GL, 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SUMMER APPLIANCES WORKS

Item No. 1 :Supply, Installation, and commissioning of Water cooler, fully stainless steel, electric driven AC single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz having approx storage capacity of 80 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Ltrs per hour including providing water connection with 15 mm bore GI pipe, 01 No PVC connection 15 mm dia, 01 No gun metal gate valve 15 mm dia and PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 2 : Supply and fixing desert cooler of size as per window design and opening with outer body made out of mild steel sheet not less than 0.80 mm thick alongwith front duct of suitable size with openable shutter from the three sides with handle duly perforated having electric driven copper wounded fan motor 480 mm sweep, three speed regulator (high/medium/low) with metallic body duly painted with synthetic enamel anticorrosive oven cured paint fitted to body ,having minimum nominal air flow capacity 4000 Cum per hour,1400 RPM, 230 volt, wood wool pad shall be of proper thickness and with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on water tank of capacity 90 ltrs as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 3 :Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with input voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5 % and of capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 4 : Mild steel frame for placing of desert cooler ,made out of angle iron of size as directed including nut bolts etc including bending and welding any shape as necessary with gusset plates, riveting, etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 ,fixing in wall (near window) and inclusive of one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer ,complete all as specified and directed.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Item No. 1: Drilling of bore of size 150 mm dia by direct rotary mechanical system for through rig machine injection well in any kind of soil strata including hard stone / boulders all as specified and directed. Note : 01 Nos of bore to be done, each of depth upto 100 mtrs. The drilling carried out with Rotary drilling method (Direct/Reverse) to the depth of 100 Metre. The bore hole should be electrically logged for precise delination of aquifers (coarse granular and fine grained sediments) to be taped for recharging purpose. The actual design of recharge well will depend on the results on strata chart and electrical log. The PVC pipe and screen of 150mm dia having 1.5mm slot width may be used against granular zones, as it has more open area for the entrance of water.

Item No. 2: Reaming of 150mm pilot bore hole to 300mm bore with direct circulation rig machine /reverse rotary circulation method in any kind of strata of soil /rock from ground level to 100 Metre depth below ground level all as specified and directed. Notes for item Nos 1 to 2: (I) The following activities are to be carried out and reports as mentioned to be submitted by the contractor which is deemed included in the rates quoted :- (i) Taking the sample of strata at every 3.0m interval and every change in strata and preparation of litho logs based on these samples. (Cost of provision of sample strata box of size 1200x750x100mm af specifications as directed by GE shall be deemed included in the quoted rates). (ii) Preparation of drill time log and submitting to deptt. (II) The change in upper or lower limit of depth of boring from ground level with a particular dia of drill will not amount to any deviation and rates quoted against these items is only applicable even if drilling depth varies from Sch 'A' and nothing extra is admissible on this account.

Item No. 3: Supply,assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position UPVC plain casing pipe, heavy duty of size 150mm dia with wall thickness 7.5 to 8.5 mm conforming to IS-12818 having male threads at spigot end and female threads at socket endscrewed and socket type in all jointing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 4: Supply,assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position UPVC screen casing pipe, heavy duty of size 150mm dia having slot of size 1.5 mm, wall thickness 7.5 to 8.5 mm conforming to IS-12818 having male threads at spigot end and female threads at socket endscrewed and socket type in all jointing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 5: PVC bail plug assembly suitable for 150mm nominal bore UPVC casing pipe internally threaded and jointed with casing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 6 : Mild steel housing clamps 1050 mm long 200 mm wide made out of 12 mm thick MS plate made to shape for 150 mm bore casing pipe with necessary bolts, nuts and washers at ground levelincluding two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 7: UPVC well cap 8 mm thick, suitable for 150 mm bore, having internal threads complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 8: Development of injection bore well by using air compressor of suitable capacity for removing the drilling mud and finer sediments in the surrounding of borewell screens complete all as specified and as directed (5 hours for each well)

Item No. 9: Supply and packing pea gravel of size 2 mm to 5mm all around casing pipe and slotted pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 10: PVC cross of size 150mm with 100mm brances heavy duty having internal thread complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 11: PVC screened collector pipe having slot of 1.5mm size heavy duty of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

SPECIAL ITEM OF WORKS

Item No. 1 : Supply and install Air Conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR,5 Star BEE rating, with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality wall mounted Split units indoor and outdoor complete with accessories, copper pipes from indoor unit to out door unit, PVC drain out pipe and suitable size of connection wires from voltage stablizer, with cordless remote control unit including making necessary fixing arrangements on the existing wall, complete including testing all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The outdoor and indoor units shall be connected with copper tube of suitable bore additional length of copper tube beyond 02 metre shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The copper tube shall be insulated with white colour insulating foam. (iii) Necessary connections through the existing wall and making holes are deemed to be included in quoted rates by the tenderer.

Item No.2 : Supply, fixing MCB DP 25 Amps for AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No.3 : Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with input voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5 % and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.4 :Sub main wiring with 2 single core flame retardant low smoke (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 4 sq mm, drawing in and including heavy grade PVC concealed conduit ISI marked with all accesories on walls and making good the disturbed surfaces including all conduit fittings, clamps, gutties etc and one additional 1 run of wire of 4 sq mm but green in colour with proper thimbles complete all as specified. Note:- For payment purpose 3 runs of 4 sq mm cable will be measured as one running metre.

Total amount of Schedule 'A' Section-XV

Note:- For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule for buildings and other services i.e. Sch A section XIV (i.e Rs 295513.50) shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
