CIVIL & STRUCTURE

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil upto 1.50mtr depth of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in following types of soil including moorum, hard stony earth, earth mixed with boulders, DI rocks etc but not requiring blasting with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, design including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with excavated earth including laying the earth in layers not exceeding 23.5cm (9”) thick ramming and watering with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre - constructional antitermite treatment as per IS specification and creating a chemical barrier in bottom and sides of foundation trenches, top-surface of plinth filing junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building expansion joints surrounding the pipes and cables etc. complete using approved quality of chemical emulsion of requisite quantity prescribed by the manufacturer as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials and labour taxes etc. complete. (indemnity bond for warranty for 5 years to be furnished)

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using Portland Slag Cement(PSC) with 4 cm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of different RCC structure in foundation level of M-250 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Cm. in cement mortar of mix(1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar in foundation, plinth, basement and for ornamental flower beds, plinth moulding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting to external surface of building with two coats of weather seal coat of approved shade and quality of approved design after cleaning by watering & removing the dirts etc. to the surface to be painted including watering, curing, cost, conveyance and , cost of all labour, brushes, T&P etc. and necessary scaffolding work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost, conveyance, , T & P etc. required for the complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window two track two panels sliding window made of big series frame 67x50mm sash 46x62mm both having wall thickness of 2.3(+,-)0.2mm & single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fabricating to required shape as per approved drawing including curving of steel members to designed profile and fixing made out of YST 310 grade structural steel items made out of channels, angles, plates and chequered plates, I-section beam, Hallow section any type of frame, space, gate, attrium in top, truss, purlins, columns, beams etc. lifting to required height maxium upto 15m. obseving all safety norms complete as per drawing including priming with one coat of red oxide primer in all floors as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of consummables, hire and running charge of all T&P complete.

Providing 25mm thick grading concrete in C.C. (1:2:2) laid in proper slope over terrace roof slab by using two part of sand, one part of cement and two parts of 6mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips with addition of water proofing compound of approved quality to be mixed with specified ratio including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, royalties, , cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as required for the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 2.5cm artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size crusher broken granite chips etc. complete as required for the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing, fitting, fixing of 12mm thick frame less TOUGHENED GLASS DOOR SHUTTER as per design drawing and approved specification using 12mm thick toughened glass of approved quality with machine polished edges, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring and Stainless steel handle of approved make and any other hardwares and fittings required for the work (all product must get approved by the Engineer-in-charge & Architect prior to supplying & fitting ) including moulding, fitting & fixing with cost of all materials, all labour, all T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Gypsum False ceiling as per Saint Gobain Specifications made of standard G.I. Sections and 12mm thick gyp board sheets inclusive of all hangers, edge members and other clips complete, with sheets fixed with proper Philip fastner by power drills and joints duly finished ensuring level in line, complete with putty, primer and painting of approved make and colour. Cost includes cutouts for electrical fittings, materials, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,fitting & fixing of premoulded decorative corner beading of gypsum having cross sectional dimension 112x80mm & fixing the wall etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting to external surface of building with two coats of texture paint over a coat of primer of approved shade and quality of approved design after cleaning by watering & removing the dirts etc. to the surface to be painted including watering, curing, cost, conveyance and , cost of all labour, brushes, T&P etc. and necessary scaffolding work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and installing two component acrylic modified cementitious waterproofing coating with masterseal 551/Equivalent over roof slab after carrying out pond test on roof slab filling all defects, saturating the surface mixing the products and then application in 2 mm thickness (1.8kg/sqm coverage rate for 1mm thickness ) in suitable layers complete in all respect, all materials, tools,plant & labour complete in all respect. Supplying and laying of hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted free cast interlocking UNI PAVER pavers of 80MM thick of different colour , coral shaped preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and leveling,laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-chrge.

Providing and fixing of Asphalt based laminated roofing shingles of Technonicol Lousiana or equivalent complying with EN-544 SINGLELAYER, base per layer fiber glass 100 of Flow resistance at elevated temperature 150 degree C, Thickness per layer 2.7 +- 0.2, mm and weight per sqm12.5 Kg /M square), Over the App membrane shall be laid using nailing and sealing all joints etc . and preparing the Surface complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of Asphalt based Double gauge high end factory made HIP & RIGDE of Technonicol Lousiana or equivalent complying with EN544 SINGLE- LAYER, base per layer fiber glass 110 of Flow resistance at elevated temperature 100 degree , Thickness per 3.4 +- 0.2, mm and weight per sqm 5.5 Kg /M square), Over the App membrane shall be laid using nailing and sealing all joints etc . and preparing the Surface complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of MCM Modified Clay Material - MCM Slate Stone - 1200 x 600 mm , thickness 2.5mm to 3mm PHOMI make, as per company standard dimension, pattern, colour as specified, manufactured through unfired patented (Ref: US patent 8505840 B2 & European Patent 2157139) manufacturing technology, bonded together by using low heat temperature and having CE approval with the thermal conductivity of 0.0590 W/M.K — EN 12667 (2001), thermal resistance of 0.0568 M2 K/W— EN 12667 (2001) and Fire Insulation - Class A— ASTM E84- 15. The product should be patented from United States and Europe and with certifications by IGBC, Singapore Green Label and China Green Building material. MCM Materials should be fixed with suitable Cement/ Polymer/Epoxy based adhesive as per adhesive chart and substrate and per directions of Engineer in-charge. Grouting should be done using filling and pointing method as per installation drawing provided, and colour of the grout should be as per the architect’s specification depending on the substrate and as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.
