RENOVATION OF 10 NOS TOILET BLOCKS IN ORS LIVING ACCN IN OTM COMPLEX OF HQ DGBR NEW DELHI10 IN THE AREA OF 1353GE 21 BRTF UNDER PROJECT SHIVALIK IN NEW DELHI

M& L for excavation in trenches , n exc 1.5 deep, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out excavated earth all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm and disposal of surplus excavated earth all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description,thickness including removal rubbish up to five story bldg and dumped beyond MoD land, all as specified and directed by E-I-C .

M & L for non skid coloured rectified tiles 7 to 8mm thick double charged/Nano Tech floor tiles(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement grout to match including 15mm thick CM (1:4) screed bed or bedding layer , all as specifiedall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for glazed rectified/Digital/nano tech coloured tiles in vertical surface size 300mm x 600mmx7 mm thick or 450mm x 600mmx7 mm thick (As approved by user) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement grout to match including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) as in backing coat incl bedding finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bituminus primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wave febric (wt not less than 150 gm/Sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bounded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm over RCC roof slab/parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust ,dirt etc as per manufeacturer instruction and all as per specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Lean concrete type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in filling of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work including removal rubbish up to five story bldg beyond MoD land,and disposed lead upto 5km complete all as specified and direced by Engr-In-Charge.
