Biennial contract for cleaning of water tanks, Oxidation ponds and other supporting services at HWPK Housing colony.

Amount

Cleaning of ponds of below specified size including clearing of wild grass, vegetation, grass, all deposits including dewatering etc complete and disposing the same at a distance of upto 2 Km as directed by the engineer etc. complete as per the attached Technical specifications and as directed by EIC.

Coverage area of approximatly 0.63 hectare (Frequency: Twice in a year or as directed by EIC).

Coverage area of approximatly 0.13 hectare (Frequency: Once in a year or as directed by EIC).

Coverage area of approximatly 0.07 hectare (Frequency: Once in a month or as directed by EIC).

Cleaning of rapid sand & Activated charcoal filters and replacing of sand with clean sand of approved grading including the cost of all meterials and laour, transport etc. complete and as per attached technical specifications and as direcetd by the Enginer.

Cleaning of equalization chamber & chlorination tank including complete removal of sludge, cleaning of walls by brushing etc, including cost of all meterials and laour, scaffolding, transport etc. complete as per ther attached technical specifications and as direcetd by the Engineer.

Providing all tools, tackels, materials, manpower for cleaning of underground/overhead/terrace/loft water storage tank tanks of followiing capacity including cleaning with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5 gm per litre capacity of tank including disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

U.G.T. ≈ 2475 cubic meter. (Frequency: Once in a year or as directed by EIC).

Over head tank with two portions, with capacity of each ≈ 180 cubic meter. (Frequency: Once in a year or as directed by EIC).

O.H.T. ≈ 562 cubic meter. (Frequency: Once in a year or as directed by EIC).

U.G.T. ≈ 75 Cubic meter. (Frequency: Once in a year or as directed by EIC).

Raw water open tanks (≈ 380 cubic meter each) at W.T.P. (Frequency: Once in Quarterly basis or as directed by EIC).

Tanks of capacity between 2000-5000 litrs, including MS/RCC/ PVC tanks, On houses / public buildings of height upto 3 storied. (Frequency: Thrice in a Year or as directed by EIC).

Tanks of capacity between 500-2000 litrs, including MS/RCC tanks, On houses / public buildings of height upto 3 storied. (Frequency: Thrice in a Year or as directed by EIC).

Sintex / water storage tanks upto capacity of 500 litrs, capacity (to be done by symphonic system in presence of contractor plumber. (Frequency: Thrice in a Year or as directed by EIC).

RCC Clarifier of Capacity ≈ 150 Cubic meter (Twice in a year).

Supplying and stacking of sand suitable for plaster & masonry work confirming to IS 1542 & IS 2116 respectively at site of approved quality and quantity as directed including royalty and carriage etc. up to work site etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Excavating trenches of Pipes, cables etc,exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia. in all kind of soil, ordinary rocks etc. including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, dewatering if occurs, cutting of roots if occurs, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 500 m complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing Cast iron detachable joints of size as specified below confirming to IS: 8794 including providing required nut, bolts, rubber seals etc. to meet any exigency requirement complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC:
