Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with.

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Hand-packing stones in wire-crates; excluding cost of crates and stones

Dumping stone excluding cost of stones. on Slopes (Behind pitching)

Supply of stones including all carriages upto site of work, (complete job)

Carriage of materials from divisional store/ source upto dumping site of work by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking complete

Cement / steel for an avg. lead of 60 Kms

Sand / Agg. for an avg. lead of 30 Kms

Carriage of materials from dumping site to actual site of work including loading, unloading and stacking etc. by manual labour complete, for an avg. lead of 500 mtrs.
