1. Inspection of the existing RCC structure and assessing the future life span by checking the condition of RCC and reinforcement physically and by performing other NDT tests. Submitting the detailed report with recommendtion of complete rehabilitation process. 2.Preparation of repair scheme to include details of items/products to be used alongwith procedure for application. Items/products to be used shall be from approved specialised water proofing agency viz FOSROC/MAPEI/SIKA/BASF. The details of approved applicator of water proofing agency shall also be submitted. 3. Submission of sketches, drawing, site plan, elevation of structure, sections as applicable for illustrating the repair scheme. (As approved by accepting officer). 4. The scheme will cater for arrest for seapage/leakage of the entire semi-under ground tank, repair of damaged portion of slab/RCC wall, digging of earth, repair of cover of concrete to include steel reinforcement. The application/scheme will have minimum 10 years guarantee of materials and application. 5. Phasing of work to enable use of tank with 50-75% capacity during repair, Minimum two options shall be submitted. 6. Correction, revision and re-submission of scheme as desired by Accepting officer/GE.. 7. Preparation of BOQ to include quantity and cost. Necessary quotation (three each) of all market value items to be attached along. Items included in SSR to be costed as per + market variation. 8. The entire scheme will be vetted from IIT/NIT/CBRI.
