M&L for under ground pneumatic horizontal drilling of holes (HDD) under road, pavement, hard standing as required length at site by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique with necessary horizontal direction drilling machine . The contractor shall be conduct under ground scanning to detect existing HT/LT cable line , sewage line, OFC Cable etc to avoid damage. The entry/exist hole must be large enough to fit the drilling tool and the operator in it so they can aim the tool. The hole also must be deep enough that as the tool compacts the ground and the surface to be remain undisturbed. The depth of the starting bore pit depends on the type of the soil that is being worked in and how well it compacts. The operator shall aim the tool to the desire exit point and allow it to perform it function creating a bore hole under the ground without disturbing surfaces. The operator also should monitor the surface to make sure that, it is undisturbed. As the tool near to the exit point it is slowed down and the exit pit should be dug to locate both the tool and the bore. As the tool enters the exit pit the operator should choose either dig up the tool to retrieve it or reverses the tool back into the first bore pit to retrieve it including connected earth work, complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & Laying of High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating HDPE Pipes PN 6 size 110mm (4") laid in trenches for the protection of HT UG Cable all as specified and directed
Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unsv LT Cable for laying of cable and getting out.
Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.
Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.
M&L for laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover,class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under ground cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel uprto a depthof 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/acessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 40mm dia
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor Draw-Out with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel , consisting of 2 incoming VCB + 02 Out going VCB + 01 Bus coupler VCB rated for 11kV, 800Amp, Min 25 kA /3-sec, and Bus PTs for each bus section, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – min 25 kA for 1sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of 800Amp, continuous rated Copper busbars and droppers, 02 nos. Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles, structure made from AluZinc/GI/ CRCA sheets to prevent corrosion and rusting. The complete panel incl. HT and LT chamber with FRLS wiring shall be manufactured by approved OEM at its own facility, and same will be verified via stage/final inspection.The Switchgear panel offered shall be an Active Lifecycle product of the OEM . Make of Vacuum interrupter, Numerical Relay, CB & Panel shall be same.(Make: ABB (ZN1) /Siemens NX- (ROF) AIR/ Schneider (PIX ROF/ L&T)). The Board shall consist of following panels:-
(i) 11kV, 800Amp, Min 25 kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 Nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push- buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24VDC).
(ii) Current Transformers 11kV, 150/1/1A, Core1: Class 5P10, 5VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 5VA, 3 nos:
(iii) Potential Transformers, Draw-out type for easy maintenance, 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 50VA, Cl.0.5 with associated gun-type HRC fuses and MCBs for HT/LT isolation - Set of 03 Nos. The Line PTs in the incomer panels shall be floor mounted or roll on floor type, it should not be placed on top of the panel.
(iv) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 04CT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults like (a) 3 over-current and 1 - earth-fault (b) Circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (c) SCADA Competable Communication on RS 485 with modbus protocol (d) CT secondary - 1 A/5 Amp (e) Fault Rocord Min 10 Nos (f) Aux voltage - 24 - 240V AC/DC (g) OutPut Contact - Min 4 Nos
(v) Metering Equipment including:- (a) 01no. Multi-Function-Meter (Acc.Cl.0.5) shall be provided with LCD display for measuring current, voltage, power, power-factor and energy-parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Max. Demand Indication, same shall be communicable on ModBus via RS485 port.
(vi) LED Indications :- (a) Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, (b) R-Y-B, (c) DC Available LED with push-button (d) AC Supply Fail (e) Trip Circuit Healthy
(vii) 08-Window Annunciator with Hooter to indicate following alarms :- (a) OC Trip, (b) EF Trip (c) Trip Circuit Failure, (d) Inter-Tripping Fault, (e) PT Fuse Failure The Annunciator will be complete with required Acknowledge/Test buttons as required
(viii) Control Equipment incl. :- (a) 01 x TNC Switch, (b) 01 x Local/Remote Switch, (c) 01 x Emergency Trip Push Button, (d) MCBs for AC (e) MCBs for DC (f) Heater Switch with Thermostat - 01no. (g) 3-pin socket with ON/OFF switch - 01no. (h) CFL Lamp with ON/OFF switch - 01no.

(D) The panel shall be complete with all allied items and accessories, including:- (i) Cost of construction of foundation as per manufacturer design, including foundation frame (supplied by OEM), channels etc. for HT Panel as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Each VCB panel being floor-mounted, air-insulated, fully-compartmentalizeds The OEM shall supervise and certify the commissioning/charging of equipment. (iii) Complete panel will shall be suitable for future intigration with with SCADA (iv) Foundation frames shall be inclusive in the scope of supply of OEM. (v) Make of Vacuum interrupter, Numerical Relay, CB & Panel shall be same.

Note:- (i) License parter, system integrator, panel builder, half-panel is not allowed for 11kV VCB. All works shall be done at own works. (ii) All items will be transported in wooden packaging to avoid any damage. Acceptance of material will be discretion of GE. Contractor has to remove the material in case of rejection of material at no extra cost. (iii) Factory acceptance test shall be carried out for 11 KV HT VCB. (iv) Fabrication of adaptor panel incl alteration/couple and matching bus bar required at site with existing panel is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
